I booked an deluxe suite with two single beds which was spacious and comfortable and included access to the club lounge. Whilst most suites have two toilets this one only had one and unfortunately the little sink in the toilet and the double sinks in the bathroom resulted in you splashing water onto yourself when in use. The staff in the hotel especially in the front desk, restaurant and the club lounge are very friendly and helpful and whilst the hotel still has a business centre you have to book with reception when you need to use it unlike other hotels when you use your room card to access it. The food in the main restaurant and in Yamazoto the Japanese restaurant is very good but service in Yamazoto was very slow. It took almost half an hour for the Japanese breakfast to be ready but the staff at Yamazoto continue to fill up your teacup whilst you are waiting and the breakfast is great.
The hotel's proximity to Ploen Chit BTS station is a real advantage as you don't have to navigate the broken pavements to get there. As a suite guest you have "complimentary" beers and soft drinks in the mini bar which is appreciated when returning after a day out.
