The hotel is conveniently located The room facilities are arranged courteously, the only drawback is that the water easily splashes out when using the washbasin, breakfast is divided into Japanese and Western, the food is not exaggerated, but it is enough... 33rd floor tried 1 time, service is average , maybe I went at 8Pm? I’d definitely highly recommend Okura to all who are going to be visiting and staying in BKK for a bit!! Whether it be the superb comfort and cosy atmosphere of the hotel room and it’s amenities, the top notch customer service provided, the super yummy and various selections of options from the breakfast buffet/restaurants or the really convenient location (it’s close to a lot of the shopping malls and temples!), The Okura Prestige Bangkok really lives up to the standard of being a 5 STAR HOTEL!!! And believe me as I’m one of those who would rarely rave about the quality and standard of hotels :)
