This hotel is near Silom from the metro, it is necessary to take 700 meters but a number of other hotels for a small price and good quality no room cozy clean staff friendly welcome there is a safe Condishen good Waifai only there is no beautiful location and basein and so everything is great

Kokotel is good, its clean and cozy. The food is so good also, and all the staffs are nice. They gave free cake for my birthday. We recommend this hotel, accessible to everywhere. If we will go back to Thailand we will choose Kokotel again and again. Thank you

- service: it’s better when reception staff meet you and provide information about hotel (I wanted to ask about breakfast and late check out), but not Thai staff who don’t speak English and have no idea how to check in, by the way I didn’t sign any document - is that legal? - no glass for water and toothbrush - you can hear your neighbours + clean + not far for main locations

I booked the hotel on trip.com but the receptionist (transgender) there told me that I can not give you the keys of room because I am leaving around 11 PM.Remember, still  there were 3 minutes to 11 PM. I told him/her that what I should do now i have already booked the room? He/She told me it is upto you. Now you people decide for yourself that, whether it falls into the category of good behavior towards travelers? He/She is extremely rude person, and too much stupid that he/she do not know that travellers do not come to stay in a city to quarrel with others. After reading this, I want to request the hotel manager that please do not dismiss him/her from his/her job, but please educate him/her that be polite. People do not take your position/status from you. They just come to stay for one night.....😃😂

Very clean and well organized. Staff are willing to listen what guests are saying. breakfast was a bit poor so that i get hungry easily. The major weak point was no good location. but compare with other Accor brand hotel, this hotel is much better.

First impressions (especially for a hotel you’ll be staying at) is important to me. Before I continue with my review, I’d like to say that the staff was friendly and courteous. My review is purely based on the location, room and amenities. This being my first solo traveling experience abroad, I didn’t want to waste any days and wanted to explore a bit. The location of the hotel is in a very dark, dimly lit, narrow alleyway. Not very welcoming, especially at night. My grab/taxi driver had a hard time navigating through just to get me there and after I checked out. (I only stayed one night of my 3 night visit) There is absolutely zero foot traffic in the area and it didn’t inspire any confidence to try and leave the hotel at night. The room itself was clean, but just my luck; the room was located directly next to the elevator. It was a shared wall, so the room could get pretty noisy from the elevator and its occupants. The room was also equipped with a kitchenette but couldn’t find any napkins or tissue paper at all. There weren’t any face towels or soap either. Just a bath mat and two bath towels. I had to go in the shower to use the bath gel for hand washing. Furthermore, if I’m nitpicking there wasn’t a television in the bedroom, no bathroom amenities like lotion and soap, and a window view of a pile of garbage outside. Maybe my expectations were a bit too optimistic from the positive reviews but something didn’t sit right with me staying at that hotel for more than I had to. I was hoping that we could come to a compromise on a partial refund, since I only stayed one night; but the hotel was unwilling; even though I raised my concerns with hotel.com almost immediately.

I booked a 2 night, 2 bedroom suite and loved the fact that their pool included service was also very good, the only bad experience was that we had to wait until after 3pm check in
