When i got back from work to rest at this hotel, I have problem with the plumbing, and they have no solution. They also have a room phone that's not working. I have to go down to the front office, ask the front office number (and they give me a mobile phone number, which is weird).

The characteristics of this hotel are dirty and old. In early April 2023, I stayed in the classic room for 3 nights because there was a balcony facing the river. However, the balcony with a good view towards the river looks too weak, so I think it will collapse, so I only went out twice in about 10 seconds. Muddy water comes out of the bathroom (see photo). The curtains are very dirty when they were washed, and the white net curtains are torn in 6-7 sculptures in vertical directions without lying. The cups in the room are broken everywhere, and the towels are gray. The floor is dusty too. I cleaned it, but the floor was always dusty. The breakfast buffet tableware was not only old, but also too dirty to be washed or kept too dirty, so I didn't want to use it. In particular, the water tip of the dispenser, which provides drinking water, was too dirty to drink water. The staff only greet you well. Say hello if you meet. But there is no service mind. Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby. There are few mosquitoes in the guest room. The location is near the kanga. About 100 meters from the hotel, there is a place to sell corn and palm trees at night. The atmosphere near the hotel is very good.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I was deeply disappointed. The staff was very slow in providing response. The room was quite dirty. The AC looks disgusting, it is obvious that it is rarely cleaned. There was blood stain on the bedsheets, the pillows were so smelly, and they didnβt bother to change it, and they didnβt bother to change it the next day when housekeeping did the male up room. They changed only after I asked them to do so. They kept giving hard time when it comes to paying services despite the fact that I left an open tab on my credit card at the receptionist. I understand that hospitality sector is struggling, but this kind of service is not acceptable.

MMuhammad Rizky DarmawanIt's not bad for that price, but last night when I called they said you could relax on the 6th floor. When you got there the lights were all off, then when you wanted to go to the 3rd floor to the pool it was locked so you could just stay in your room.

Yusuf handle me when I do check in process. Everything going well. How he treat guests are excellent. Well explained with honest pure smile on his face. I'm not go straight to my room. I wanna stay for couple of minutes at their restaurant to enjoy the ambience. The vibes feels so lovely and welcome. Then Iman came, offering me with the menu's. Hey! All prices are soooo affordable! Believe me guys. I'm not mood yet for take main dishes, it's too early for me, so I order a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, at that time, Zuri Express Banjarmasin still not have a coffee machine. As a person who 'extremely' addicted to strong coffee, that's a little bit problem for me. But that's OK, who knows in the near future, they will have it. Anyway, Iman hospitality services is perfect. How about the room? LAV it! I'm staying at 701. It's perfectly fit for me, not too small or too big. Everything are clean, neat and (VERY) comfy. The internet speed, air conditioner and water heater works VERY good. Next morning when I do breakfast, Ika greetings me. I like the way she's smile. Cheerful person, energic and so kind. If you LOVE spicy, man YOU MUST come here! They have 20 kind different of sambals! That's crazy! In my head I'm screaming like, βWhaaaaat ... How AMAZING is thaaaaat π€©π€©π€©β. Actually there are LOT of other things I want to share with you guy's, but I need to catch a flight. Overall ... Zuri Express Banjarmasin is my TOP CHOICE when I come visit Banjarmasin again. Wwiwid flowHave stayed here 3 times, the price is affordable, the location is very strategic .. It's good to find food, atm and access to the main road nearby .. The room is comfortable and fragrant .. The employees are also enthusiastic .. D like 1 towel with a small glass & plate .. So don't forget to take your own toiletries.. But for those who don't forget to bring toiletries, there are also toiletries in the reception room.. So, don't be reluctant to stay here :)
