Hotel Hilton (Bankura)

Hotel hilt-on is situated in main road & provides really so nice, clean & spacious rooms. Ac is properly working. I ***** my whole family are so pleased & satisfied. Truly 3 star hotel with big restaurant & also proper room service is available. From in room food delivery service to clean room & bathroom everyday. Suggest everyone to stay at this hotel in bankura. Staffs are so polite & co-operative. Lift is also available. So no problem for elder persons & senior citizens. Security guard is also present.

1. Nothing is there in the bathroom to keep dress/towels etc. 2. Where is the hot water? 3. I booked for 3 adults; by asking i had to get things.

Overall nice experience. The room was clean, the complementary breakfast was satisfactory. Highly recommended.

Shorter stay for few hours and rooms are well maintained. Good option at bankura. Preferred stay option

By bankura standards this is a good hotel. Rooms are fairly spacious. The furnishing is better than other hotels i have stayed in bankura. Two obseravation: it has a architerural design problem, the windows are too small in lower priced rooms and the restaurant staff needs to be trained better.

Very close to bankura hospital. Stay was excellent. Staff was really well behaved. Food was superb, right from breakfast to dinner. They have a dedicated parking place too.

It was nice and pleasant stay here..Clean and neat room in Bankura Town...Food quality is very good 👍😊

Things to be improved: 1. Breakfast menu is very limited n unless requested, you may not get hot food. You have to literally convince the service guy to serve hot puri n omelette. Items served at bf are 2/3 types of cut fruits, puri/sabji, boiled egg, omelette, bread jam & tea 2. Water stagnation in the bathroom that we stayed. It was rectified after request. I know it might be one of a situation but it was pretty awkward for a so called 3 star property 3. Bathroom ran out of water one day very early morning. Had to wake up the security guy to turn on the water motor. This is the first time it happened to us. Lol 4. Had to call reception everyday to provide fresh towels in the room after room cleaning. It was provided promptly after i asked but it should be a std practice rather things i liked: 1. Hotel reception was very accommodating n very helpful in providing information 2. Reserved parking 3. Good multicusine restraunt 4. Good location n free wi-fi in the room 5. New property so everything is very neat n clean

Excellent stay at hotel hilton, very nice staff and great food, overall nice ambience. Looking forward to staying there again.
