Hampton Inn & Suites Banning/Beaumont Reviews

Great place pool was all but the food in the breakfast buffet come free with your stay not just coffee a BUFFEE So if your in the banning are and beaumont area stay at the hampton going there is inexpensive compared. I rate them a absolute 10

The room on the side near the road was noisy and my room was not cleaned when I checked in. The location of the hotel is pretty good. There are restaurants nearby and the outlets are not too far away by car.

The location of the hotel is not very good. At first, the room was allocated on the side near the highway. The noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. I called the front desk at 12:30 in the middle of the night and changed to the opposite room before I fell asleep. The sanitary conditions are very good, the facilities are quite new, the breakfast is average, and overall the hotel is okay if there is no noise.

There is hot water supply, but the so-called breakfast is included, which is really simple...

Sylvia was friendly and efficient at check in. Room was nice, clean and spacious. We would recommend to others and certainly return ourselves.

stayed two nights. didn't spend must time in the room. Biggest issue was the Tub-to-shower valve on wouldn't close all the way. This meant the weas a loss of some pressure at the shower head. Addition to that water was spraying out of the tub faucet like a thumb over a garden hose. Also I was experiencing water temp fluctuations during my shower that was more than a slight change. At one point the water unexpectedly went full hot.

This site charges for parking in spite of the hotel not being located in a busy metropolitan area.

Rooms were clean and neet.the tv had a guide which showed nothing. No chanel listing in the room.had to peck around to see which chanel was where. Bed was a little soft.

Nice property and quiet. Difficult for rolling luggage to enter the property and elevator.

I need to carry a lot of medical equipment due to work. I have send in a request for a room on 1st floor during booking and call in in the early morning of the check in to request the room on 1st floor. Upon checking in. Denied any room of the 1st floor even I have advanced requested it. The carpet in the hallway look dirty and smell. Staff does not look welcoming. The hotel area look sketchy. I doubt this is the standard of Hampton inn and suite. I will leave if not I will need to work tomorrow. Not a usual Hampton Inn suite standard.

The room was moulded and reek from the cigarette smoke. There was no rooms available and we stuck for that night Seriously couldnt sleep due to the smell. Too much and will never try Hampton suites again for that

We have stayed here before when the hotel was newer and had a pleasant stay. This time our stay was much different. Check-in was smooth enough but our room had an over powering musty smell...like a room the had been wet and was dried out. The bathroom smelled exactly like a swimming pool. I ended up leaving the window cracked in order to get rid of the smell. One elevator was out of order, or at least I'm assuming it was. There was never any official out of order signs out up, just a "caution" sign wedged in the elevator door. The hotel sits right off the 10 and it is NOISY! Especially if you have the window cracked. The parking lot is very well lit, but the entire surrounding area is full of semi's parked down the night, making the neighbors feel a little sketchy. At one point, there was a rather questionable person in the parking lot, loitering and appearing to be high. Made for an uncomfortable interaction as we went to our car. For the almost $600 we paid, I'd rather have the inconvenience of a longer drive than the convenience of staying here again.

The property is understaffed. They were out of a lot of food for breakfast. No cereal, sausage or bacon or any other kind of meat, they only had sugarless syrup for the waffles.
