Very clean amenities come ffee iron cups ice bowl for ridge microwave fairly big rooms the beds are comfortable and lots of vision for good notes rest .only thing that is advertised that breakfast included I did not see any donuts or coffee but I didn't pay extra then not receive it it was a great stay and a beautiful site from the motel / hotel

We stayed there for just 12 hours. The aircon is not working, it’s like an electric fan, room needs to be renovated/ updated especially their aircon. Not going back there anymore.

Nice place, decently clean. Stayed in a smoking room and the only “dirty” looking spots were where people had placed their cigarettes down on the tub. Other than that the place was nice and I’d definitely stay there again.

It's more convenient. It's close to the outlets and there are a lot of places to eat around.

It is relatively close to Palm Springs Outlets, an 8-minute drive away. Dining is also convenient around here. There is an American restaurant that tastes great. The room price is relatively low and the accommodation environment is average.

I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. It is like the motels under the highway in American movies, where they can be robbed and shot at any time. The sheets were washed, but there were yellow stains on them. The sheets had not been ironed and were wrinkled. The shower in the toilet (can't be called a toilet, because it doesn't fit) is installed under the roof of a slope. I really don't understand how the platform can allow this kind of motel to be recommended to consumers on its website. I stayed for 3 minutes and then decided to change hotels overnight. I would rather burn the midnight oil than stay in this kind of hotel. The hotel only has two floors. When my daughter and I went upstairs, we passed by the rooms on the first floor. The doors of two or three rooms were open, and the black people inside looked out of the rooms to see us passing by. I did two things in the room. One was to book another hotel online immediately, and the other was to use the complaint platform. So far, no one from the platform has contacted me. I guess I have collected the money anyway and other things are not important‼ ️

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is dirty, the quilt is dirty, the mattress is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the towels are dirty, the light is broken, and the repairman didn't fix it. There is no hot water for the shower, and the waiter even knocked on the door to ask for a good review on Google. Where does he get the confidence? The only good thing about this hotel is that it is cheap. If you don't care about it, it's still worth staying here and sleeping at night.

Very run-down. The door frame of the room we were given was about to fall off. We were given a new room. There was no door lock. The quilt had a peculiar smell. We didn't even take off our clothes all night. The sound of the water was very loud. We basically didn't sleep much.
