Simply I tell you no good maintenance
Service is a very bad treat for customers like ( if you want to check in go it, if you don't want to it's okay)
This is the service I had over there
And then the room maintenance and cleaning was in very very bad condition the bed got bug , uncleanness bathroom and the tv it not working

Interesting place but the situation is not improved, there is a lot of damage in the bathroom and there is no chair in the veranda. There are so many flies and this is really disgusting

The water heater does not work. The maintenance team did not come to the room to check even after reporting to the receptionist. Promised it would arrive in 5 minutes but it didn't come until checkout. bad experience for my family

The price is not worth the weekend, there is a rm50 surcharge, the total room price is rm180 per night. It's just like that, just put a surcharge without upgrading the service. No house keeping to top up drinking water, coffee, or bath soap. Take 2 days, only 2 bottles of the smallest size mineral are supplied. .the room smells. the jacuzzi is broken. the towels are dull and torn. the lights are not on.

Old facilities with unefficient staff. Not worth your money. Hidden charge from Trip.com with 50myr added upon arrival at receiption desk. Overall experience is bad.
