Замечательное место,  удачное расположение, очень внимательно следят за чистотой.
Внимательный персонал, всегда готовый помочь.
Я приехала в 6:00 утра, раньше времени заселения и мой номер был занят.
Мне предоставили возможность принять душ, полотенце,  а так же предложили чай, горячую воду и возможность отдохнуть на диване до освобождения комнаты. В итоге меня заметили в 10:30 раньше положенного времени. 
Я очень благодарна  сотрудникам отеля.

Tempatnya nyaman , sangat bersih, yg pasti pelayanannya sangat memuaskan semua karyawannya baik bgt disambut dan dilayani dengan baik, next time klo ke banyuwangi ga ragu lagi buat nginep di snooze lagi, sangat sangat recomended 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The place is comfortable, very clean, the service is definitely very satisfying, all the employees are very well welcomed and served well, next time if you go to Banyuwangi, don't hesitate to stay at Snooze again, very highly recommended 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The room is standard for a youth hostel. It comes with towels, slippers and shower gel.
The guy at work has a very good attitude and is polite and considerate.
Only the sound insulation is average. You can hear the footsteps at the door. It is suitable for a short rest.

非常非常好的地方，服務特別好，沒有入住前就一直給我們各種建議和小提示，房間非常乾淨舒適！旅舍裝飾有特色，關鍵是，臨走時，護照掉在了旅舍房間，服務員一直在積極聯繫，太棒了，沒有任何缺點

A very, very good place. The service is very good. They always gave us various suggestions and tips before we checked in. The room was very clean and comfortable! The decoration of the hostel is unique. The most important thing is that when I left, I dropped my passport in the hostel room and the staff kept actively contacting me. It was great and there were no shortcomings.

This place is just awesome! Everything (rooms, shared bathrooms, community area) is clean, looks brandnew, nice community area to hang around. Quiet during the nighttime as it is located in a small road next to the main road. Still everything is in walking distance.

I have never experienced such nice staff members. They are willing to help you with everything, always have a smile on their face 😃

I was given the opportunity to take a shower, a towel, and also offered tea, hot water and a chance to rest on the couch before the room was released. As a result, I was noticed at 10:30 a.m. before the time was due. 
I am very grateful to the hotel staff.
