客房人員每天都貼心的把化粧品替我們擺好，大堂前台的每一個服務人員也都特別好，很有禮貌很貼心，停車的師傅也都非常貼心的指揮，每個人都特別好，每次回保定都來住，需要郵寄物品也很方便前台就有單號。

本來看開業時間心裏有點忐忑，怕設施陳舊，入住以後發現自己想多了，非常棒，而且每一位工作人員都特別熱情和細心，走的時候，前廳的劉建先生看我帶着孩子，體貼的幫我退房，還送了兩瓶熱乎乎的礦泉水，當時我是真的很需要熱水，因為外面陰天了，太冷了，對於我來説簡直是救命水，所以特意記住了劉建先生的名字！太感謝了
