The room was clean, the service was excellent, and you could check in 4 hours early. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had strong water flow, which was a pleasant experience. However, this room type has an open bathroom, so if you mind, you can choose a different room type. The soundproofing was average; you could faintly hear the music from the bar at night, not loud but audible. The breakfast was varied and the children loved it. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very close to the Paleozoological Museum, a 5-minute drive away.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get to West Street and the Zhili Governor's Office. The facilities are new, there's a self-service laundry room, and the environment is clean. The staff are also very friendly.

This hotel is simply one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and making you feel at home. My room is spacious, bright and well decorated. The big bed is so comfortable and soft that you feel like you are in the clouds as soon as you lie down on it. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Our relatives, who are international students at Henan University, came to visit our children, and we booked a hotel for them. We chose the one closest to our home, right next to the Military Academy Square, so it's very convenient for shopping, taking a taxi, and going to West Street and the main campus of Henan University. Before leaving, we asked them about their stay, and they said they were very satisfied with the experience. The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk was excellent, and they were very warm and welcoming. The room was clean, sanitary, and warm. In addition, they were very interested in our food delivery robot, haha 😁

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!
