The surrounding natural environment is better, sleep at night is very quiet, breakfast has many tricks, the front desk brother must give full praise. The facilities in the room are relatively outdated. I really don’t have the courage to sit on the chair in the room. It would be great if these basic things were updated, and it would not cost much. I believe that if you spend a little money to improve it, more people will be willing to live, and the hotel will also have more revenue.

Everything is very good holiday experience, thoughtful service, patience and meticulous. As soon as I booked the room, I received a call from the housekeeper, recorded my itinerary and various requirements in detail, and all arranged properly. The hotel is all inclusive and very comfortable. The details of the room are perfect, the children and the elderly take what they need, and the play is particularly good! When leaving, the person in charge patiently asked our opinions and suggestions. In short, I will definitely come often in the future!

Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

The room was clean and the housekeeper was very considerate. He would pick us up at the door and accompany us to take us back after breakfast. The hot spring water would be put away in advance and he would change it for us early the next morning. He was very patient. , and would always ask us what we were missing or need, and would take the trouble to help. Rooms were available, and meals could also be delivered, which was convenient.

I took the kids out for an outing on the weekend. The housekeeper Cici provided great service. She took the initiative to contact and book various activities for the kids. The kids had a lot of fun. The room was warm and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were also rich. I will come again if I have the chance.

Friends of Amway, I made an appointment with my good girlfriends to place an order together. The location of the homestay is very good. The room is well lit and the view is very wide. The hot spring water quality is good. It is a very good experience.

1. The service and environment do not match the price of 1500+, the breakfast is too simple, and the catering has no special features. 2. There are too many people in the hot springs, and many of them are not residents. They are the guests who only bought hot spring tickets, which makes the experience of staying guests very poor.

很好的體驗... 雨雪中帶着父母和家裡的萌寵出遊，酒店多數不能帶狗。 所以攜程上搜尋了寵物友好的酒店... 預訂前還是致電酒店，確認可以帶寵物，是天然温泉水才下的單。 民宿酒店是唐鎮的別墅區，環境很好，獨門獨院的唐式木質庭院很有意境...房間倒是很現代，地暖空調大電視。 管家提前給開了空調，在別院路口迎接入户，講解細緻，房間乾淨整潔。 還有廚房用具餐具。 自己帶了羊肉湯和一些食材，早起的時候父母做了早餐... 很是愜意温馨... 落雪之中，園子很有意境，庭院之內，小小湯池別有風情... 説實話，出發前看到之前那個點評，以為會踩雷，但是到地方後，疑慮消除，很滿意... 滿分好評... 下次還會再次光顧...

The room is relatively simple, it is designed by the sink, there is no place to make up, one side is a trash can, and the other is a bath towel rack. The bathroom is more spacious. The air conditioning is also very sufficient and the room is very warm. It is a bit cold to see the exhibition and the library air conditioning is not open, because from the room to the hot spring place to go out of the outdoor, or through the library. There are four hot spring pools open, there are not many people, there are not many children, the overall experience is very good, you can take pictures, there are fruit biscuits snacks. The chicken feet are not bad, there are tiger skin chicken feet and grilled fish. The spinach noodle bowl is really big.
