Days Inn Hotels in Baoting

Location: hotel is located far from Sanya, in the middle of the Forest which is good for hiking to Qixian Mountain and also that gives you a totally different experience than the rest of places near Sanya. On the other hand it is quite far and it takes some time to get here by DiDi from Yalong bay. Hiking: The hotel staff helped us arrange the transportation to the Qixian Mountain entrance (40rmb both ways/per person). The driver was extremely friendly. Then we begin our hike which is quite challenging. It takes around 4 hours for the whole trip. On the top you can climb by using chains which is cool. Hot springs: Hotel has a few hot springs which are pleasant to enjoy but quite small and also in the evening the guard took the water away from the hot spring at 7pm😅 Swimming pool: swimming pool with the palm tree is absolutely amazing and great for taking pictures. Restaurant: near lobby there is one restaurant that serves Chinese cuisine but I wouldn’t recommend it. We waited for so long for a few dishes and the staff felt so uncomfortable dealing with foreigners. The other restaurant 7/5 is much better. We had a nice lunch there. In general we enjoyed our stay here but we were a little disappointed with the hotel’s amenities which were old. Everything looks much better in the photos than in real life. I’m not sure if I would recommend this place.

The hotel environment is very good, parking is convenient, very quiet, the smart robot leads the way to the room, the room is quite standard, with a balcony. The bed is very comfortable and soft. The hot spring has an outdoor public pool; there is also an indoor one, divided by men and women, and you need to register to enter; there is also a small pool in the guest room, where you can soak yourself. The breakfast is average, with not many varieties. Two tickets to the betel nut garden are also given when booking a room.

The hotel architecture was very nice, made good use of tall and beautiful spaces. Being in the middle of the rainforest, it is quiet and relaxing. The food is not so good, the cooks don’t seem to understand produce very well and end up eating tough meat and and very dried fish. The breakfast zhou is not so bad though. Apart from the food, the staff wasn’t too useful with the covid policies, they didn’t facilitate or helped us to get to a covid testing place so we end up spending the entire day just for that. The place is clean, not much else to say about that. Installations are a bit old, some of the lights are flickering, woodwork needs some love. But the best part is the bathtub, very big very clear and comfortable with thermal mineral waters coming straight from the mountains. I

A family of 5 chose to stay in three bedrooms and two living rooms. The room facilities are very good. I didn't expect that the 3rd floor was not damp at all. If you get up early, you can walk around the community. The environment of the community is also very good. If I wanted to do laundry at night, I contacted the lady at the front desk, and she brought us laundry detergent and a drying rack. The service was very thoughtful. It is recommended to visit Baoting here.

The location is very good, just in the center of the county, and it is very convenient for shopping. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, there is a treasure chest at the front desk, free masks, cotton swabs, wet wipes, etc... very considerate. There are also breakfast coupons, and there are many types of restaurants, and the taste is also good. There is also a self-service laundry room on the second floor, which is great.

I have booked this hotel very early, and I am looking forward to it with my children. The hotel steward contacted me in advance and answered all the questions I raised. It is really considerate. I am looking forward to departure. I initially considered taking a train to Hainan Island, but the train tickets were not available during the summer vacation. It was hard to find a ticket, so I took a plane to Sanya instead. Then a typhoon came and the flight was cancelled. A few days later, the return train, 12306, was also informed that it was cancelled. I had no choice but to stay at this hotel next time I came to Hainan Island.

The overall feeling is good, the design is more reasonable, the wall is thicker and the air conditioner is cool for a long time! The attitude of the service staff is also very good, downstairs is the hot pot restaurant, you can enjoy food and accommodation service without leaving home on rainy days!

A late review. I have checked out for a week, but I still can't help but praise this room type of the hotel. This time I chose two different room types and stayed for one night to compare them. They have their own characteristics, but in terms of cost performance, the Shanshe Suite has a better holiday atmosphere. The suites are located above the mountainside of the hotel building complex, with a higher view and a view at every step. The gardens along the way create a strong sense of homecoming ritual. Coupled with the resources of the mountains and rivers, it is quite suitable for the whole family (including parents) to stay together for a few days. The room is very large and is divided into three parts: living room, bedroom and bathroom. Especially the extra-long window view in the bedroom with an extra-large tatami, white gauze curtains are suitable for the scene, lying by the window and not wanting to leave (the photo was taken at night, but the effect is not good. The blue sky, white clouds and green mountains outside the white gauze curtains during the day, plus the small garden view downstairs, are too cozy)). The bathroom has floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, which is very romantic. There is a particularly exquisite dressing table. Toiletries and sanitary ware are very well equipped. Especially the bathtub is super large, and they also thoughtfully prepared a disposable bathtub cover, so that we don't have to wash the bathtub because it is not clean. This small detail is the first time I have encountered it after staying in so many hotels. I like it. The room is too big and the air conditioning effect is not ideal. The hotel scenic area has various styles of special rainforests. Except for the smaller scale, it is no worse than the 5A scenic area. The various staff members encountered during the hike are very enthusiastic to explain to you, and have a strong sense of service. The cruise feels great, and it feels different in the rainforest landscape. The breakfast is very rich, and there is basically no unpalatable variety.
