It was a nice experience, it was our first time in Baotou and Shangri La was good choice, nice service and staff and also delicios breakfast and best location

Very nice hotel, good location, close to everything.

I just gotta say it was very clean, the housekeeper 李云 was the best, so kind and lovely, she helped us with all the cleaning.

We were supposed to stay for a night but since we have to wait for our PCR Test result we decided to stay one more night in Shangri-La before going back to Beijing. I do love the bed it's very comfortable to sleep and I did sleep like a baby. The bathtub is great as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service and very highly qualified staff was a pleasant stay here I specially want to mentioned about front desk staff very kind and cooperative front desk manager Mr Aoqi wang and miss Michelle both treat me a vip services and complimentary drinks 🍸 both can speak in English and I didn't felt any hurdles during communication they provides me info about surrounding attractions inner Mongolia and arrange self drive 🚗 Rent a car which is highly appreciated, because Mr Aoqi Wang kind and professional attitude I extended my stay 1 day to 4 days , and I am looking forward to stay in same hotel again whenever I visit to batoa , highly recommended nice clean and comfortable big rooms with beautiful veiw of city and mountain ⛰️ ,best location near by Wanda plaza Western food available all food brands just by a walking 🚶‍♂️ distance best place to stay specially for foreigner's visitors.

Excellent hotel - not far from Paulaner Baotou

Before checking in, Miss Cassiezhang from the hotel called to help arrange the room. The room was great, with complete facilities and equipment. The view from the room was very good, and you could also see the Galaxy Plaza. It was nice to go out for a walk at night. The weather in Baotou was also very good. Miss Cassiezhang provided fruits and welcome cards in the room, which was a great service. The room was also very comfortable to sleep in, and I will stay here again next time.

The quality of Shangri-La is still very guaranteed. After booking, the guest relations department contacted us immediately and confirmed and arranged parent-child related supplies and welcome gifts; the breakfast and happy hour in the 20th floor VIP lounge of the Horizon Club were very rich, and there were few people, so we could enjoy the food quietly and overlook the city of Baotou. The check-out efficiency was also very good, and we could contact WeChat to issue an invoice after check-out. Thanks to the enthusiastic customer relations director Zhang Zhilin, the VIP lounge waiter Bai Jing of the Horizon Club, and the front desk waiter Liu Xing for hosting this trip. Looking forward to coming here again.

Back to Shangri-La, everyone's service is still so excellent, it's not easy. The location is in the center, Wanda is next to the shopping mall, and there is a delicious siu mai in the alley across the street more than 300 meters away for breakfast; the room is big and comfortable.
