Guest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic; Wenshu Monastery is right outside the door if you turn left. We visited during a holiday, and there was no queue to enter the monastery from this side. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the environment is elegant – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. The bedding was so soft I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. Breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee brewed by the owner was delicious. The staff were warm and the service was attentive. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Chengdu.

SophiaXThe hotel is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic design. I love the color scheme and all the decorative details – it feels very stylish and modern. Lucky, the welcoming dog, is also adorable! The room is spacious with a great view, and the small appliances are high-end. There are also many thoughtful functional details. The breakfast restaurant is large with a rich variety of options, and the service is excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall and a subway station, which was perfect for traveling with kids; they absolutely loved it. For a hotel of this caliber, the price offers great value for money.

QiansongMy stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu, Chunxi Road was pretty good overall. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li commercial district. You can step out and be shopping and dining in just a few steps, and it's very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get to various attractions. As for facilities, the room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the night view from the higher floors is lovely. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing is decent, so I wasn't disturbed at night. The service was good; the front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they patiently answered any questions I had. The cleanliness was impressive, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. All in all, it offers good value for money, and I'd consider staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

JiangnanyangfengI stumbled upon this hotel by chance. While dining in the restaurant, I discovered there's a pool inside, which immediately set a perfect vacation vibe. Breakfast by the pool, a relaxing swim – it was delightful. The hotel's cafe offers a wide variety of food, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. The room was clean and tidy; though not huge, it had all the necessary functions and was very well-equipped. They even offer late-night snacks! I arrived back late, but they thoughtfully kept mine at the front desk for me, which was incredibly heartwarming. The service was very warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. If you're traveling to Chengdu, this is an excellent choice. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huapaifang Metro Station! Next time, let's meet here for a vacation, chat about travel and food; life is always full of expectations…

Guest UserThis hotel is really great! It was a pleasant surprise. While it might be smaller in scale compared to something like China Railway hotels, both the service and the rooms are charming and quiet. The breakfast selection is extensive, and dinner was delicious too! For the hot springs, about 4-5 pools were open, and it's a sulfur spring!

The family room is super spacious and comfortable. The toilet and shower are separate, which is very convenient. The soundproofing is also excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Plus, it's only one stop away from Chunxi Road, and there are plenty of food options just across the street. There's also a supermarket and pharmacy on the corner, which is really great. The station is only a 2-minute walk away. They also include breakfast and afternoon tea with 'Bingfen' (ice jelly), and there's even a robot delivery service for meals. The service is also excellent; I'd like to give a shout-out to Xiao Jing at the front desk, who was very polite and enthusiastic. It's a really worthwhile place to stay.

Guest UserThis was the smallest hotel room I have stayed in during my travels. There was literally no space for two people. The photos made the room look deceptively big, and I should have known better than to rely on them. The room was only 15 square meters, but the photos made it look closer to 30 square meters, so that was a mistake on my part.
The good thing about this place is that the staff were very, very friendly, and the common area was cool and hipster-like. However, the room itself was not the best. I would say it was the worst room I have stayed in while traveling.
On the first day, the water would not go down the drain, so I had to call the staff at reception. We found that the drain was clogged full of hair, which was really disgusting, and the staff had to clean it. The room was also not cleaned every day because they were short on cleaning staff.
It is a horrible room for two people because, if you have two pieces of luggage, you have to climb onto the bed just to get around. The location of the place is fantastic, but the room is very poorly insulated from noise, so you can hear all the cars at night.
I would not stay here again. The staff made the place a lot better and more bearable, but I do not recommend it.

We stayed at Qixi Guest House in Dayi, Sichuan with our two kids and chose the River View Loft Room — and it was such a lovely experience.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved it because they had their own space in the loft area. There were plush toys and books prepared for them, which made it even more special. The loft area also had a warmer, so it stayed cozy and comfortable.
The owner is very kind, and the place is managed by two elderly ladies who are incredibly sweet — they reminded us of our own grandmothers. They were so warm, caring, and genuinely helpful. They even helped us book taxis because it can be quite difficult to get a Didi in this area.
There are no halal restaurants nearby, so it’s best to bring ready-to-eat food from home. However, they knew we are Muslim and thoughtfully prepared halal-friendly breakfast for us — noodles, fried eggs, vegetables, buns, candy, nuts, and boxed milk. We truly appreciated their effort.
Downstairs, there is a shared kitchen area that guests can use. It’s well-equipped with utensils, a microwave, hot water dispenser (similar to Coway), and basic kitchen facilities — very convenient for families.
The only downside is that there is no lift. The building has three levels. We stayed on Level 2 (just one flight of stairs up from the ground floor), so it was manageable, but carrying heavy luggage could be challenging.
When we checked out, the owner even gave us a small gift bag with a keychain and fridge magnet — such a sweet gesture.
From the guesthouse, it takes only about 20 minutes by Didi to reach Xiling Snow Mountain. Just make sure to book your ride 20–30 minutes earlier because it can be hard to get a car in this area.
There are small shops nearby if you need drinks or basic items, but by around 9:40 pm, most places close and the area becomes very quiet.
The river view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The guesthouse is located at the foothill area with charming ancient China village vibes — peaceful and scenic. The hospitality was truly heartfelt. We also noticed many Malay guests have stayed here before, so they are familiar with preparing Muslim-friendly meals.
Overall, we had a very warm and memorable stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Xiling Snow Mountain.

Guest UserOverall, this hotel is really good, and the stay was quite comfortable. The breakfast selection is rich, with both Chinese and Western options, offering plenty of choices to cater to different tastes. The staff are professional and responsive, making guests feel well-cared for. However, I'd like to mention two minor details: the scent in the ground floor lobby is a bit strong; it can be a little pungent when you first walk in, though it gets better on the 25th floor where the main hotel lobby is located. I suggest the hotel could tone it down a bit. Also, room service deliveries aren't allowed to guest rooms, which I assume is for security reasons and is understandable, but it does mean a slight inconvenience for guests. And finally, you can't reach your room directly by one elevator; you need to transfer, which is a bit troublesome when you have luggage. These minor issues don't overshadow the positives, and overall, it's still highly recommendable. One more thing: the internet wasn't very good; it would be great if it could be optimized.

We had a phenomenal experience with the Celebrity City Hotel- especially the concierge Ryan. He went out of his way to helping find missing luggageand extend our stay when we had train problems. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, the gym was one of the best we’ve ever seen in a hotel, but the staff was really what made the experience outstanding. Thanks again to the staff and especially Ryan!
