"I stayed at Junkun Li Hotel near Tianfu Square during my visit to Chengdu and had a very nice experience. The location was excellent just a short walk from Tianfu Square and easy access to transportation and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers."

MMisifandeluo77The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom facilities are clean and functional. The hotel's tea tasting and incense making activities are quite enjoyable. The front desk staff, especially the young lady with the lotus brooch, was attentive and polite. Our guide to Du Fu's Thatched Cottage was also very lovely. The room has good natural light and excellent soundproofing. Highly recommended!

RRitayuanzhengFirst time staying at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu, and the overall experience was fantastic! The hotel entrance is quite unique, with vintage bicycles, red brick walls, and metal accents. The concierge was super friendly and enthusiastic, proactively helping with my luggage and guiding me to the 7th floor for check-in.
Stepping out of the elevator on the 7th-floor lobby, my eyes lit up. The metal art tree is visually stunning, and there's a cute dog named Lucky! The front desk staff provided detailed information about breakfast times, the gym, and other hotel amenities during check-in. The room was a good size, well-laid-out, and had a nice view! It was also thoroughly cleaned. The beef noodles at breakfast were delicious. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: Perfect for a relaxing hot spring getaway. There are several small pools for soaking, nothing fancy, but they have all the essentials. The strong sulfur smell suggests it's natural hot spring water. The breakfast selection was also decent.
Service: The service attitude was excellent, the front desk lady even helped me with my luggage, thumbs up!

GGuest UserService: Extremely satisfied! Before checking in, I communicated that I was traveling with a child and hoped for some kid-friendly arrangements. The staff responded promptly and meticulously decorated the room with balloons and a small astronaut lamp, which my child adored. They also gifted a chestnut children's picture book and a little lion fridge magnet, and had child amenities, plus two cute rubber duckies, ready in advance. My child was thrilled, and we, the adults, were equally pleased! 👍 When my child wandered to the front desk, a staff member proactively gave them a puzzle. During check-in and check-out, they were very helpful with inquiries and directions, and assisted with luggage, demonstrating excellent service.
Daily Double Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge Benefits: Five meals a day truly filled us up! The main courses were cooked fresh by a chef on-site, and other dishes, though not numerous, were exquisite. I particularly loved the wide selection of salads! There was a great variety of alcoholic beverages, and you could even mix your own cocktails in the evening. All the staff were wonderful and thoughtful. Although the late-night meal was primarily for drinks and children couldn't dine, they brought back several hash browns and chocolates for my child, which was super satisfying. For breakfast, we went downstairs for a wider selection. The panda latte art was adorable, and they even offered lunchboxes for kids to take food with them, very kid-friendly! 👍
Hygien: The room was very clean, amenities were promptly replaced, and turn-down service was proactively offered. Coming back to a clean and tidy room after a day out truly lifts your spirits! 👍

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation and plenty of food options nearby. Wenshu Monastery is just a bike ride away. The cleaning staff was incredibly efficient! Plus, there's free afternoon tea and a late-night snack, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. This hotel offers great value for money!

GGuest UserGreat hostel in a central location, with metro nearby too. Amazing food streets nearby! Really loved the free dumpling making class and bar with loads of craft beers. Our private room was small but nice. Rooftop too! And cheap laundry. Plus loads of information about things to do and tours in Chengdu which is super helpful. English speaking reception.
