該店服務員服務態度挺好的，房間的兩瓶水喝完了，又向客房服務員要，客房服務員很客氣給了兩瓶，退房時，總枱服務員主動問我們要不要礦泉水，這關心客人的服務態度是很難得的；早餐也不錯，品種很豐富；但客房衞生間沖淋池有問題，沖淋池擋水坎偏低，沖淋池玻璃門扇底部距擋水坎有6～7公分的空擋間隙，門扇開啟一側也有2～3公分空擋間隙，洗澡時花灑又正對着門，水從玻璃門扇空擋間隙大量流向幹區，地漏坡度又沒有做好，水漫金山，人踩在水裡了，我費了好大的功夫，用地巾把水吸幹，這種問題希望酒店要抓緊改進。
