Thoughtful butler service: The butler was very attentive. If we couldn't find our way, they'd come to pick us up. They'd also prepare the hot spring bath for us in advance if we wanted. Afternoon tea and breakfast could be delivered to the room, which was perfect for those who like to relax. Facilities: The giant screen for movies was amazing, the private hot spring had a great view, and the public areas were also beautiful and perfect for photos.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. A few days before check-in, the housekeeper called to remind me and even sent a 'traffic light' guide for activities, which was incredibly thoughtful! Upon arrival, the housekeeper helped with our luggage. There's an elevator, so it's not much climbing. The hotel facilities are very new, and the mattress conformed perfectly to my body – super comfortable. It even had a Dyson hairdryer, great sound system, and a projector. Eating out and exploring the Miao village were incredibly convenient, with many popular spots nearby. From the hotel window, you can see the Lusheng Square; the location is truly excellent! We stayed in the 270° family room, and opening the window offered a full view of the Miao village. Both the daytime and nighttime views were stunning! On our departure, the housekeeper also helped transport our luggage to the entrance of the Miao village scenic area using an electric cart. I really love the decor style of this hotel! I forgot something when I left and called the housekeeper, and it was brought to me very quickly! The service attitude is truly exceptional!

Before we even checked in, the customer service team reached out to confirm our arrival time and sent us a lot of helpful information. On the day we arrived, our butler was already waiting for us at the ticket gate and helped us with our luggage all the way – we really appreciate it! After checking in, the butler gave us a detailed overview of the scenic routes and activities available at the B&B, showing incredible care, patience, and responsibility 👍. Even after checking out, they helped us take our luggage to the entrance, truly going above and beyond! The B&B's location is also fantastic – no stairs to climb; you get off the sightseeing bus right there. It's perfectly situated by the observation deck with unbeatable views. Our only regret is that our stay was too short this time, and we didn't get to fully experience everything. We'll definitely be back!

Cleanliness: Spotless, on par with five-star hotels. Service: The room butler was incredibly attentive. The staff member helped with our luggage the whole time, and communication via WeChat was prompt and responsive. The complimentary sweet soup at night and the nutritious breakfast were both excellent. Location: Also very convenient.

This guesthouse in the Miao Village is an absolute treasure! The location is phenomenal; you step right out and you're in the heart of the village, which saves so much time and hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, and opening the window offered breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Miao Village. By day, you see the staggered stilt houses nestled amidst the lush green mountains, and by night, the twinkling lights of countless homes look like stars. Both day and night offer distinct charms. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

What made my trip to Qianhu Miao Village truly unforgettable was the incredibly warm experience at this hidden gem of a guesthouse. First and foremost, I have to give a shout-out to our butler, Xiao Cheng. His service was truly proactive and thoughtful! Even before we arrived at Miao Village, Xiao Cheng reached out to us, providing detailed directions and important tips. When our navigation ended and we were a bit lost trying to find the guesthouse, he promptly appeared, greeted us warmly, and even escorted us all the way to check-in, saving us a lot of hassle after a long journey. The guesthouse's breakfast was not only photogenic but also delicious 🤤. In the afternoon, enjoying a leisurely afternoon tea on the terrace, watching the vibrant life of Miao Village outside the window, time seemed to slow down. But the most touching detail was undoubtedly the piping hot 'Goodnight Snow Swallow and Tremella Soup' served before bed. After a day of sightseeing, a sip of that sweet and nourishing dessert instantly washed away all the fatigue. Here, service isn't just a process; it's genuine care from the heart. Butler Xiao Cheng and the guesthouse team perfectly define 'feeling at home' with their enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail. Highly recommended!

The people are so nice, I actively give good reviews! It is my favorite place in Guizhou. The rain in Guizhou really comes and goes, so choosing a good accommodation is very important. Here I feel very happy just staying in this B&B. The view of the B&B is very good. We didn't go to the observation deck, but we can see most of the panoramic view on the 5th floor. The coffee in the hotel is very good, and there is latte art! BBQ is even more professional than the barbecue stalls outside, and it is really not perfunctory at all. The most important thing is that there is no time limit for breakfast. There are porridge, noodles and coarse grains. It is very homely and I feel warm and comfortable. The young staff is very energetic and passionate, warm and thoughtful to the guests, and help pick up the luggage. I strongly recommend that the B&B has its own restaurant Four Seasons Food Source. There is a discount for staying in this B&B. The ingredients are very fresh. The remaining raw beef was not finished, and it was taken back to the B&B to help grill it. The pure lean beef can be grilled fresh and tender, which really feels fake! The environment is good and the bedding is very clean. There are only praises throughout the whole process!

The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's just 50 meters from the observation deck, a two-minute walk straight there. No crowds, no uphill climbs – you can easily catch the rolling sea of clouds in the morning and the twinkling city lights at sunset. This is the ultimate viewing spot, a dream come true for anyone who loves convenience! The room was so quiet I could hear the chirping of insects. The Wabi-sabi style decor was incredibly tasteful, with solid wood furniture and rattan soft furnishings creating a perfect mountain wilderness ambiance. And the cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and every corner was spotless. Even a neat freak like me felt completely at ease, able to relax and recover from travel fatigue. The butler service was thoughtful to its core! From route guidance before entering the village to luggage transfer upon arrival and recommendations for sightseeing, it was a personalized, one-on-one service that catered to every request, just like a friend. The hand-drawn map was very detailed. The biggest surprise was the free batik experience! An intangible cultural heritage inheritor taught us hand-on, from drawing patterns with beeswax to indigo dyeing. Making a unique batik piece with my own hands, bringing home a thousand-year-old craft from the Miao village, was incredibly fulfilling. The guesthouse also offers Miao costume experiences and has a café. The public areas are super photogenic, allowing you to capture atmospheric shots without needing filters. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the main Miao village street yet close to the core scenic area, offering both tranquility and convenience. Qi Feng Xin Hou Shan packages intangible cultural heritage, attentive service, and stunning scenery all into one. This is exactly what travel should be like!

I highly recommend staying at this guesthouse. The location is absolutely fantastic, both day and night! It's truly the best vantage point in the entire scenic area. Any designated observation decks in the area simply can't compare. The photos and videos I took from my guesthouse balcony turned out amazing. The facilities are excellent, and the environment is exceptionally clean. Most notably, the owner's service attitude is just wonderful. Having visited numerous scenic spots across the country, I consider this to be the number one guesthouse I've ever stayed at.

I stayed in Xijiang Miao Village for two nights, and I'm so glad I chose this guesthouse. From my bed, I could overlook the stunning spectacle of a thousand households lit up at night. In the morning, opening the window revealed terraced fields and stilt houses shrouded in mist, like a traditional Chinese ink painting. The location is perfect – the surroundings are quiet, yet it's just a short walk to the bustling center of Miao Village. Plus, there's no need to climb stairs with luggage; the host contacted us in advance, guided us, and even helped carry our bags to the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Watching the thousand-household Miao Village from the balcony at night with a gentle breeze was an absolutely perfect experience! Every little corner of the guesthouse has a great ambiance: the outdoor balcony, rooftop, fire pit, and cafe. The room was clean and cozy, and the housekeeper provided attentive service throughout our stay. In the morning, there was a comforting breakfast, and the hot noodle soup was absolutely delicious!
