I booked this hotel because it was ranked #1 on the platform, and it certainly lived up to its reputation! I especially loved the sweet drinks, the dessert soup for supper, and the impressive array of juices and milks served at breakfast. The hotel even has a food delivery robot, which the kids absolutely loved watching. Hotels are really stepping up their game these days! Before check-in, Front Desk Associate Xiao Zhao called to ask my preferred floor and location, and even upgraded my room. She also added me on WeChat so I could easily contact staff with any questions. At check-out, they asked for feedback to help them improve. Of course, it's a five-star review!

The hotel has a special parking lot and parking is convenient. The hotel will send a check-in SMS in advance before check-in, and you can just follow the check-in process. It is very fast. After this experience, I am no longer used to staying in a traditional hotel and waiting at the front desk to go through the formalities. There is a free parking lot. If you can't find it, the staff can come out to give you directions, which is very considerate. The hotel is clean and the guest rooms are neatly arranged. Another important point is that all the movies for giant screen projection members are free. This should be because all the members of the store have paid for membership. It’s really thoughtful! The check-in process was smooth and the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and bright, with complete facilities and good sound insulation. Cost-effective, business trips/travels are very suitable. Especially the buffet breakfast on the second floor is quite rich, with a lot of tastes, and it feels like going home is not so good.

Other things are ok, but the service attitude is bad. There is no breakfast left. I bought a breakfast coupon and wanted to refund it, but they said it would be served later. I started to eat, but when I finished eating, they didn't serve it again. When I asked, they said they couldn't serve it again. Speechless. They also had a bad attitude when they issued an invoice.
