"I was at the hotel and I get other 3keys when I personally booked for 4 room !!! I went out to club with friends when I returned to the hotel I didn’t get my key to my room I waited at the reception for more than 1 hours non of your staff came out .. I have to sleep outside that day ,,, am not happy with the service and I didn’t use the room because nobody gave me keys to my room I booked"

The hotel offers 5 representative conference rooms of different sizes for up to 90 people. All rooms have plenty of daylight, air conditioning, the latest conference technology and Wi-Fi.
"The hotel rooms were tidy as shown in the photo, and I used the room opposite the elevator, but I could hardly hear people sounding better than I thought.
I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I have enjoyed the air conditioner properly 🥰
The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, the mattress is uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep properly, but I slept properly 🤩
Crazy good mattress, really well sleeped 🤓
I can recommend this hotel without conditions. If I come back to Augsburg, I will come back in any case 🙋🏻"

DDeeloraThe location was great! If you are taking public transport, do not get down at the Plarer because its further to walk to the hotel. Instead get down at the Wertachbruke station. From here its only like 50m to the hotel. The room was great! The amenities provided are all in good condition. Staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely comeback.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is very good in English, the attitude is very nice, and the service and design of the whole hotel pays special attention to details, there is a basin for dogs to drink water at the entrance, and the small blackboard in the room will also write a welcome text on the board, Small biscuits will be presented on the table in the room. Overall feeling very comfortable

GGuest UserCheck-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor.
We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before our stay. For a hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue.

GGuest UserIt's very close to the train station. I walked here by myself. It's a few hundred meters away from the tourist attraction, the municipal square. For lunch, go to Qinghuan. The supermarket is very convenient. The only thing is that there is a cemetery next to it. If you don't mind, it's very convenient to stay.

GGuest UserClassic, unique, small hotel. The employees are very friendly and the rooms are clean and well equipped. However, the mattress is quite soft, so it may be tough for people with weak waist. Although there are not many types of breakfast, the venue is elegant and tastes good. I am grateful that there is a free parking lot.

GGuest UserThe staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and completely enough for one night, the price-performance ratio is very good.
The only manko: Our room was next to the entrance of the night, the lamp in the courtyard blinds directly to the sleeping in the room every time someone comes home at night. The door was very loud when closed and some guests were not careful at night when they returned and laughed and shouted in the courtyard so long until a loud shouting came from the top of another room to ”rest!”.
