RoamahThe hotel is very good. The reception was very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and well-organized. Soft drinks from the minibar were included in the price and were replenished daily. To everyone's surprise, on December 6th, there was a Santa Claus outside each guest's room. Breakfast offered a very wide selection of high-quality food. The freshly made scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and omelets made to order were especially delicious. The dining room was always clean and tidy.

The room was clean and the hotel was in an excellent location, very convenient. The hotel staff was prompt and friendly. Would recommend to friends. The hotel is in the central square, within easy reach of several major churches and shops

Just 3 blocks from the metro station and right in the heart of Nuremberg's historic center. Don’t even think twice—the rooms are huge, quiet, and cozy. The level of cleanliness is outstanding; all the facilities are spotless, beautiful, and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend booking with breakfast included—it’s very affordable.

YouyouccThe most delightful surprise was the apple provided every night before bed. It truly warmed my heart while being in a foreign country. Thank you. I hope this continues. The breakfast was plentiful. There's a supermarket across the street, which was great for buying vegetables. The community center green space and historic buildings behind the hotel made for a wonderful post-dinner stroll.

The hotel’s spot is awesome, just one quick U-Bahn stop from Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof and a 5 minute walk from the stop, with escalators or a lift everywhere. It is also super close to major attractions, and there’s a supermarket right across the street.
The place looks just like the pictures and description they mentioned. Rooms are clean, and in great shape, with cool equipments like a washing machine, oven, and induction cooker. A swimming pool for a hotel this size is pretty impressive (didn’t get to try it though), and they have got some basic gym gear too.
Breakfast isn’t huge and stays the same every day, but it’s tasty, and the bread is honestly amazing.

The hotel is in a quiet location, right next to a park. Ample parking (free of charge) is available. It's a great place for walks. It's not far from the city center and easily accessible by car. There are also restaurants within walking distance where you can eat well. The hotel breakfast is delicious. Plenty of choice, with something for everyone. The staff is very friendly.
The only negative aspect is the room. A good night's sleep is important to me. We booked a double room for two people. The room was very nice, but the bed was 1.40 meters wide. Normally, this would be suitable for one person or an adult and a child. Fitting two adults into such a narrow bed is simply outrageous.
I had contacted the hotel beforehand to request that the room not be directly next to the elevator. And yet, I was given a room right next to the elevator. They probably overlooked the ”not.” As I said, we didn't sleep well at all on the extremely narrow bed. We even briefly considered leaving.
... I can highly recommend this for solo travelers. But a double room with a 1.40m wide bed? Absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely never stay here again.

Almost all staff members can speak Russian. We were checked in quickly; there was a room mix-up, but it was resolved fast. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The room's condition wasn't the best; we found dust on surfaces, and the magnetic strip on the shower door was cracked. However, everything generally worked, the bedding and towels were clean, and the toiletries were nice. A small kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, cream, and cups were all included.

Anonymous UserVery convenient location from the central station, just take the lift from the platform down to the passage underneath, one way to the hotel and another way to the shopping mall. Stay away from the busy old town but can walk their in 10 minutes.
Improvement on the instruction to the hotel from the cental station : direct the customers to take the lift at the end of the platform, after reaching the passage underneath, go towards the larger numbers of platform and the exit for the hotel will be there.
When we arrived at the station, there were so many people going up and down and no indication for lifts, maybe in German!

The location of the hotel is very good, all sights are within easy walking distance. Parking is not possible directly at the hotel, but there is a parking garage 5 minutes away. Costs €15/day, which is OK for a big city.
The room is small, but well equipped, the bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom area is also good.
The best thing was the breakfast, fresh waffles to bake yourself included.
