Outstanding
PPANCHALThe hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a very good experience. The staff helped carry luggage to the room. The restaurant service was excellent, and the food was delicious. However, the bathroom facilities should be checked for any damage. I also suggest replacing the light bulbs outside the rooms on each floor with white light for better illumination.

SSheng Z TanGood amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

GGuest UserI stayed in a deluxe room with two elementary school students and a kindergarten child. I was kind to my children and I felt secure. The room was spacious and the next morning breakfast buffet was the first time for kids to enjoy Indian food.

DDonovan Chan WMNot the best but not the worst stayed so far in hotels in India. Not sure about the location and facilities as i only spend 2 nights there and i didnt venture out. Quiet and small room. No comment on the cleanliness. Prefer water to be in plastic capped bottle instead of glass bottle with paper seal, which is supplied.

GGuest UserI don't understand the concept of 12 to 12 check in and check out. Anyways we had booked 2 rooms and went to the hotel by 6 pm and they took 30 mins to provide 1 room and more than 1. 30 hours to provide another room. But during checkout they were very sharp on timing and charged extra 500 rs for extending till 2 pm. The pol in reception area not so friendly and they don't know even the meaning of smile. The room were good and neat the breakfast was also ok. There was underground parking aswell. Will i prefer this hotel next time. No bcoz of the non friendly front office.
