The initial welcome was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. We had a great time in the pool with our children. The spa massage was especially nice. I recommend that anyone visiting Cappadocia choose a hotel with air conditioning because it's very hot. The air conditioning in our room was freezing. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back.❤️❤️❤️

The guaranteed hotel found in Cappadocia is not in the town of Goreme, but in the town of Erjupu, 10 minutes drive from Goreme. It is a very quiet and convenient town. It is not so commercial, but it can feel the local customs. The most important thing is that the boss has studied Chinese at Xiamen University and married his wife in Xiamen. There is no obstacle to communication. It is too convenient for me who is not very good in English. I have set a day trip on the Green Line, hot air balloon, and ATV to watch the sunset. Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Как нам повезло, что из всех отелей в Каппадокии мы выбрали именно Serinn. Хотели переночевать в пещерном номере и наша мечта сбылась. Прекрасный отель. Номер по высшему разряду. Все сделано с душой и любовью. Одноразовые тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер. Все полотенца белоснежные. Чай, кофе, шоколадные батончики, вода бесплатно. В душе очень хороший напор воды. Отель небольшой, но есть зона для отдыха с диванами и стульчиками. Вокруг цветы, растения. Завтрак просто космос. Так вкусно и по-домашнему нас еще нигде не кормили. Овощи, сыры, настоящий бекон, клубника, киви, нутелла. Отдельно для каждого приготовили омлет и турецкие лепешки. Сама Эрен владелец данного отеля - очень чудесная женщина. Открытая. Добрая. Возле отеля есть парковка. До ресторанов и магазинов недалеко. На машине ездили до поляны с запуском воздушных шаров, дорога заняла минут 10. Однозначно рекомендую.

The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.

Simply and briefly, if we come to Urfa next time, it will definitely be this hotel again! Location; Perfect! - 5Min. away from the old town and ”Balıkıgöl”. Personnel; not to overtake! - The staff is overtaking to friendliness and customer friendliness. The diving relationship is built immediately. Do not look at guides or similar about .... An absolutely wonderful hotel with professional staff. To avoid the hassle of switching rooms for our two-night stay, they generously upgraded our accommodation to a two-story unit (404) conveniently located right by the front desk. The living room was on the first floor, with the bedroom and bathroom on the second, where there was even a bathtub. It was fantastic! A big thank you to the front desk and concierge staff, Atil, Dogus, and Edmonton. The hotel's restaurant also deserves high praise. The main courses were absolutely delicious, and the service was very professional. What's more, the prices were even more reasonable than the tourist trap restaurants found near attractions. The buffet breakfast was also good, and the service was exceptionally good, thanks to Fafma.

Yunak evleri Interior Pool Suit özel havuzlu odasında konakladık. Personel ilgisi,karşılama,temizlik,restaurant hizmetleri ve hemen her anlamda memnun kalabilirsiniz. Oda içerisinde havuz yeterince geniş,pek çok havlu ile desteklenmiş ve her türlü havuz ile ilgili hizmet fazlasıyla karşılanmıştı. Kesinlikle deneyimlenmesi gereken bir oda. Teşekkürler Yunak !

Nereden başlasam nereden anlatsam bilemedim her şey o kadar kusursuzdu ki asla böyle bir şey tahmin etmemiştim. Odalar mis gibi kokuyor istediğimiz an tertemiz edilip eksikler tamamlanıyor. Havuz ve termal iç havuz banyolar hamam her yer tertemiz resmen. Yemekler hepsi hem çok lezzetli hem de zengin içerikli. Normalde kolay kolay yorum yapan biri değilim ama buraya yazmasam haksızlık etmiş olurdum. Bir gün kaldık eşimle tadı damağımızda kaldı tekrar tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu. Aşçımız aşırı tatlış güler yüzlüydü ki istemsizce kimi görsek gülümsemeye başlıyorduk. Çok eğlenceli geçti bizim için kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum Masaj spa bölümü harika çalışanlar, masör çok ilgili ve tatlışlar tabii masajdan da çok memnun kaldım. Konum olarak da çok güzel yerde aracınız varsa merkeze 5 dk çok güzel.

The stay was overall okay. The hotel had paid parking, which was a little inconvenient. Unfortunately, the bathtub was not working properly and water was leaking. We informed the staff, but it was only fixed the following day, which was quite unpleasant. Apart from this issue, everything else was fine and the staff were helpful.
