CCourtneyThe room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

嘟嘟嘟是一隻可愛小兔兔The waitress at the front desk was the best I met after I came to the United States. She was kind and willing to provide all kinds of accommodation; she was busy with a group of guests and still smiled at us. Thank you, your gentleness makes guests feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great (near the snow field and Tesla charging seat), this hotel was impeccable. The front desk lady provided the best service I ve experienced since moving to the U.S. She is incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and eager to help with anything we needed. Even after handling wave after wave of guests, she still greeted us with a genuine smile. Thank you your kindness truly made us feel at home.

PPoploliPassing by Flagstaff Town, I saw Hyatt and decided to stay there without hesitation. It is very cost-effective, with complete hotel facilities, convenient parking, and a swimming pool. The room is new and spacious. There is a mountain view when you open the window. It is a lovely town.

MMaryThe hotel is dated but nice and spacious. The breakfast was terrible but is expected in a pandemic. I hoped for muffins or waffles but the packaged fake bagels and frozen hard boiled eggs had to do.
