We stayed overnight at this hotel. When I arrived, there was a party in the lobby, and it was very noisy, but despite this, nothing could be heard in the room. The room was very spacious. It had the bare minimum for comfort, and usually, in such hotels, more is expected. The breakfast for $15 is not worth the money. In regular hotels, such breakfast is included in the room rate. I’m unlikely to be willing to return there again.

酒店硬件設施挺好，乾淨清爽，比較新。前台服務很差，有嚴重華人歧視，酒店宣稱7×24小時免費班車服務，每30分鐘一次，但是當我們預訂早班車時，告訴我們所有班車車次都已經滿座了，原來每趟班車衹有4個座位，基本都給航司人員，酒店客人不可能有機會，所以所謂機場免費班車是虛假宣傳，酒店前台很**堅稱7×24小時免費班車。我們協調很久，終於答應給我們保留位置，但發現被扣了14美元每人，還不如坐Uber.

When we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

Very conveniently located near the airport. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle which makes your life a bit easier. Finally the breakfast is surprisingly good. A good economical choice for anyone traveling here on business. Recommended.

Very nice clean hotel. We didn’t even realize until we were there that the hotel had a walkway connecting to the Fashion mall. The bar service was awesome, the bartender was very friendly and made amazing drinks. You can take drinks up to your room as well which we loved. The staff was all very nice and the location was very convenient if you’re doing something in Indy.

Came for the eclipse, and was one of the few hotels not gpuging prices that nite. Cllean, quiet, in a nice location. Nice walkway behind the hotel for a morning jog.
Wish these hotels would throw in a lite breakfast without buying the restaurant fare.

The hotel is very clean and very good. Parking is not free, too expensive, 165 dollars for three days.

Guest UserWe enjoyed our stay. My grandson stated, “This is a nice hotel” as we entered the lobby. Crystal was an excellent and accommodating agent at the front desk. The room was clean and hallways were nice even though some were being refurbished.
