Despite the location on a multi-lane road, the noise stayed outside. The fair opposite was also inaudible. The room was OK, but a bit cramped as a family room. The staff were friendly, quick and very attentive. The pool was a bit small, but there. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. The evening meal was also good and the portions OK. The only downside was the €15.00 parking fee per day. For a 4* hotel, I actually expect the private parking spaces to be included in the price.

That the Bar or restaurant closes soon and they didn't have a vending machine or anything. The location is quite questionable, but everything else is fine.

A 4* today, practical and functional, but with too tight maintenance...the staff is very attentive. The best price, although it is far from the center of Bilbao
