Everything smells and looking new. Hotel staffs are warm, friendly and very helpful. We chose it because of the walking distance frm Sants Rail station, convenient when we arrived from Cordoba. Sants Rail station & Metro station both same location.

Rates doubled due to large conventions throughout the city. It's more reasonable at half the price and the room is small. But neat and clean. The room is fully equipped with coffee machine, hair dryer and special hair curling iron. Thumbs up

It is 5 minutes away from Sants train station and the subway is in the same direction, so traveling is convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and there is a Chinese restaurant behind the train station. The food is pretty good and will satisfy your cravings.

I am very satisfied with Ctrip's service. Ctrip helped me get back the overcharge from the hotel. But it’s best not to choose this hotel. The deposit for subsequent trips has been refunded, and this hotel is still refusing to refund the deposit. The quilt also had blood stains that could not be cleaned. Unless you are catching an early train, it is best not to choose here.

Lovely hotel in Barcelona. Had to check in later on cuz of a flight delay. Rooms are not as big as in Canada but definitely really cozy and stylish. Staff is amazing, Juan was really efficient talking back and forth with the airline to reclaim my bags delivery, also the girl who was on the morning, didn't get her name. About the location, is far from the ramblas and downtime, around 15 minutes by metro which is convenient.

High standard hotel. Very good accommodation and personnel of desk front very kind and available to help in all. Cleaning personnel requiere a little more of training. Cleaning services required be made again a couple times. Hotel is located near of Barcelona Sants metro station; is very convenient.

This hotel and staff are fantastic! If you are looking for a mid-range priced hotel in Barcelona, I recommend this one! Very clean, friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast and located near the best of Barcelona. Easy to get in and out of and around the corner is a small Mary and great coffee shop.

Perfect location, very good staff and clean rooms good value for money. Metro station is close and most places are even in walking distance. I suggest to everyone who is visiting for short period and wants silence to work in the mean time. Enjoy

From the moment we walked in we received a warm and very friendly welcome. Staff stayed that way throughout our visit. Breakfast was delicious - a variety of eggs, breads sausages, meats, pastries, hot and cold drinks. Nelson was was very helpful at breakfast and helped us get whatever we asked for in a kind and hospitable way. Clean, neat, easy to get around in Barcelona- the train was around the corner.

The crew at this hotel were wonderful - upbeat, prompt, and friendly. Especially impressed with the front desk and bar staff. There are great restaurants near by and the neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed the European breakfast each morning. Very well done.
