Although the location of this hotel was great, the same cannot be said about its customer service or hygiene. We were forced to move room twice whilst the receptionist, ***** and ****, were rude and unhelpful towards us multiple times. We were initially placed in a handicapped room and to add insult to injury, they were roaches under the bed. We reported this and after a long and arduous process we were finally placed in a room after midnight. The customer service was preposterous and we will never be coming back again because of this. We hope that the hotel can get better staff to allow customers to have a better time than we had in future.

Look at Korean saerums! Overall Review: I traveled to Europe for about 15 days and it was the best and most satisfactory accommodation! 1. Location: It's right in front of Plaza Catalunya and there are department stores and stores nearby, so it's convenient! I thought it would be noisy, but not at all! It's quiet and when I come back after sightseeing, I'm so happy looking at the view of the square because it's night! 2. Hotel service: They're really, really friendly!! My suitcase was delayed at the airport, so I had a hard time for a few days. When I told them, the front desk staff told me not to worry. They reassured me that it could happen during the trip and that it would definitely come. And it arrived. I did it ㅠㅠㅠ As soon as I arrived, they let me know that they had left my luggage in storage ㅠㅠ Thank you so much!! 3. Amenities: First of all, there is champagne at the desk, so you can leisurely drink a glass of it. If you go to the top floor, there is a rooftop bar. If you are using the accommodation, they will kindly inform you and guide you to your seat. There is also a public restroom, which they will kindly inform you of. It is in the basement. You~~~ are so comfortable and clean!! 4. Accommodation condition: The room condition is the best! Maybe it's because I booked a plaza view room, but the view was the best... The bedding and cleaning were clean, and the bed was very spacious and excellent! 5. Service: We were going to Sinhaeng, but when we told the hotel in advance that we were going to Sinhaeng, they prepared a separate cava for us. Thank you!!!

An excellent option, quality service, location, restaurants very close

The location is very good, very close to most of the attractions, facing Plaza Catalunya, and also the starting point of the sightseeing bus, very nice! The room is very comfortable, the front desk is very friendly

One of the best accommodations we stayed in Spain. The location was good, you carried your luggage, the welcome drink and champagne were delicious, and the water pressure was so good that it was a real bathhouse. It was clean and comfortable. Except for the fact that it was a little noisy because I heard the road when I slept at night, I am still very satisfied with everything.

The location is very good, the bus to the airport is downstairs, next door is the Huawei store, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is relatively new, the facilities are too advanced, but many flashy things are not easy to use, not recommended
