Hotel location is not in the city but a good place to stay where there is eateries around and also market nearby

Clean room located near a shopping area. Can easily get groceries. Parking is convenient at the hotel if you’re staying for the night, just pay at the reception after.

Hotel was alright, the only annoying thing was the staff at the reception keep asking for proof of staying at the hotel, where I went up to my room and was made to come back to the reception to show them my passport

The staff is really nice, good location ans awesome breakfast. However in the room 1005 we could hear every time someone flossed the toilet and that was a real negative point ( even with the door closed in the bathroom ).

The facilities are very old and degrared. The restaurant was not enough room for the guests to have a comfortable space for breakfast. The food was ok but didn't changed a single thing during our 4 night stay. We noticed the table was not totally clean when we sat for our breakfast. The lifts are so tiny and really slow. The restroom at ground floor is miserable. In general the facilities as well as the services are substandard for a 4* hotel. Our room was kind of suit but it was totally a disappointment. When we enter the room, it seemed like walking into a sauna as it's so very hot 🥵 🔥 🥵 even we did do pre-checkin, with the fridge not working, water leaks on both showers place and toilet making the bathroom wet and moist all the time, not mentioned the shower place was too tiny even for an Asian woman like me. The curtains looked like a mess and floor carpet smelled urines (maybe the previous baby guess left some). It was too dark in the room as it didn't have enough light. We reported the issues of water leaks and the fridge doesn't work to the reception multiple times but didn't work out and the hotel didn't provide us an alternative room. It's definitely not the Accor standard as I never ever experienced such a bad experiences like this for almost 20 years using this brand. It was a shame. I'm requesting for a refund as they can't sell a fault product to clients, definitely not, if they care about their clients.

Stayed for only for one night but the friendly and accommodating staffs made it worthwhile. The room is a getting old and the LED TV is quite small but the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast selection is good. The location is also good. There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel. Overall I will stay again in this hotel.

It's hard to believe that this is actually a Ctrip 4-star hotel. I rarely give a bad review to a hotel. Facilities: I wanted to use the laundry service, but found that there was no pen in the room. Because I had to check the laundry delivery form, I was too lazy to ask the front desk to borrow it later. The bedside equipment is also very basic, not even a USB... The roof terrace is also a scam, and the swimming pool is under maintenance (see video). Cleanliness: On the first night of my stay, I found black spots on the quilt cover and uneven pillows. Environment: The transportation is quite convenient, and taxis are almost always available in front of the hotel. It takes about 8-15 minutes to walk to the nearby subway and bus station. If I had to praise it, the view from the corner room we stayed in could be given 3 stars. Would not recommend staying here, there are definitely better options at the same price.

I went on a family trip and it was nice because it made less noise than other hotel sofa beds. It usually makes a creaking noise... The lobby staff are also friendly (check-in is a bit slow - they seem to be new). It was especially nice that the cleaner did a good job of keeping it clean. The location is far from tourist attractions There is Starfield and Carrefour, so I went shopping, groceries, and had meals twice. Breakfast is European, so it’s nothing special. It was normal~ It would be nice if there was some English written on the coffee machine. The condition of the machine is a bit bad... The soundproofing was good. The price/performance ratio is extremely low. There is no quilt in the room. When I arrived at the front desk, I was first sold breakfast. If I didn't buy it, I was suspected of being arranged in a room facing the elevator. The overall room facilities did not meet expectations at all.

This is a very bad experience! 1 I booked this hotel when I was applying for a visa. When I arrived, I realized that it was very inconvenient to go anywhere. Our plan was very simple, including the Sagrada Familia, Gaudí’s architecture, and some museums.
