Habitat Apartments Adn

Currently staying this apartment. There is some wear and tear. Paint missing from living room ledge and floor vinyl planks separting in the kitchen area (possible prior water damage). Be aware you have to carry all your luggage up a flight of narrow steps before you get to the elevator. It is a nice kitchen and open to the living room. No storage in bathroom or any shelf in the shower to place soap, shampoo, etc. In the bedroom, you can hear the water running from the upstairs apartment. You can also hear/feel the train from the adjacent Metro station. We are on the first floor. You have to take out your garbage when you leave. They charge a $300 deposit which you should receive back in 7 to 10 days. For the price, I would stay in a hotel instead. We didn't plan on cooking, so not really worth it (it cost more than a hotel).

The property and location itself is okey, but the way they handling deposit and honestly im not sure if i will get it back, looks like they want to keep this. We checked out on 31/12/2022 and today they say that to get the deposit back can take up to 3 ( three!) months, although the confirmation states 14 days. Kristine Z.
