Conveniently located near the convention centre for business purposes with a shopping mall directly opposite and a metro station nearby. Service staff was quick and helpful when it comes to queries and requests for room amenities etc. Room was clean with daily room make-up and top-up of room amenities and comes with Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules).

Hotel is located close to conference venue and train station is within walking distance. There is also a mall opposite the hotel and cabs available by the curb side which was convenient. The only limitation was language barrier with the staff. On our last day before check out time, we were shocked when a lady barged into our room but could not communicate in English and appeared frustrated.

We arrived at 8am and had no option to do early check in so we had to wait till 3am. We were promised (blocked) a connection room but when we came back at 3pm it was not blocked as confirmed earlier. We had to wait over 30 minutes for them to find us new rooms. Otherwise clean and big hotel rooms with beautiful view.

Very nice stay here! I would like yo choose here if I go to Barcelona again:)

The hotel is located near the Diagonal Shopping Center, and the bus and subway are very convenient. It is a little far from the city. The transportation and shopping are very convenient, there are many restaurants, and the hotel service is also quite satisfactory.

Very clean, with sea view, but the window is too high. There is a coffee machine, water, iron, kettle. The room is exquisite and comfortable. There are many kinds of breakfast, including ham. Overall good.

Double book, Ctrip reality can not be refunded. The front desk of the hotel said that it is possible to refund, but they can't refund, they need the platform to refund, let me contact the platform. I contacted Ctrip, told the hotel's suggestion, and refunded the room fee for 4 nights. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I also stayed here for summer vacation last year. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich and the service is good. The swimming pool is on the 13th floor with a nice view.

The service environment is good. The hotel has been open for a long time. The furniture, home appliances and sanitary ware are a bit old-fashioned. The bed sheets are dirty. The breakfast is very average. The price of more than 2000 per night is not very cost-effective.

The room is small and the facilities are outdated. There were stains on the bed sheets, and a used Band-Aid hung inside the large bath towel on the second day... On the third day, the cleaning took away a bath towel, toilet paper, and power card... The most important thing was just now, 7 At 10:25 am on the 2nd, a stranger opened my door and came in. The front desk service is average. My hotel deposit is one month old and has not been refunded yet. I have sent emails twice but received no reply. I also called and the problem has not been solved. Moreover, the front desk acted in a confusing manner, saying that we would be upgraded. However, after the money was paid, the upgraded room type was exactly the same as the previous room type. There was no change, but the floor was changed. The efficiency of front desk service is low. The management model needs further improvement.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is good and convenient. This is an option that will be considered for the next trip. But it is not equipped with dental appliances, which is believed to be unified throughout Spain.
