I had emailed in advance to let them know I'd be staying with a friend, but upon arrival, we were assigned separate rooms. I was told that since our reservations weren't made together, we couldn't be in the same room. If they had informed me of this when I first emailed, I could have canceled our separate bookings and made a single reservation for both of us. Eventually, Trip.com helped us out, and we were assigned to the same room for one night. However, since both my room and my friend's room had empty beds from the very first night, I'm still puzzled as to why we couldn't have been assigned to the same room from the beginning. I was also surprised that a €50 deposit was required to borrow a hairdryer. When I actually tried to borrow one, all the hairdryers were already lent out. Since I had already paid the deposit, I think it would be better if they checked hairdryer availability before asking for a deposit. Regarding the other guests, it's a dormitory, so I suppose it's to be expected to some extent, but my impression was that the quality of guests varied wildly. On the positive side, the dining area was spacious, the coin lockers were very secure, the location was excellent, and the cleaning staff were very kind. Thank you.

This hostel is a complete anthill. There are so many young people here. Only two elevators for this huge hostel. Sometimes I had to wait 5-10 minutes for an elevator. I stayed in a room for four, which was very small! And there were no curtains. The bathroom and toilet seemed designed for miniature people. This hostel is definitely not worth the money. But if you love parties, meeting new people, and a lively atmosphere, then it's probably perfect for you.

The location was great for the price, making it easy to access many tourist attractions. I would highly recommend it to any Japanese travelers planning a trip to Barcelona in the future.

The breakfast is delicious, and the hostel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I recommend this hostel to everyone. There are washing machines, a Miele one specifically, and a luggage storage. Basically, it has everything.

I was shocked by how unsafe it felt. There's no kitchen in the common area, just a fridge, but people constantly steal and eat your food. Even though I tagged my items with the date and room number and tied them up, the bags were ripped open and rummaged through (this happened every day). When I asked the staff, there was, of course, no solution, and I just had to accept it. Young people also made noise late into the night. Given the cheap accommodation, I guess the poor security is to be expected, but anyone booking here should be prepared for it. I've stayed in dorms in many countries, and this was definitely the worst in terms of safety. Also, there are no curtains for privacy, and the beds are so close together that there's no privacy at all. You can store your luggage in lockers in the common area, but the price is a bit high. The only good points were that the cleaning was thorough and everything was kept clean, and there's a water dispenser in the common area.

Incredible and very clean, with extremely welcoming staff, a bar, a space to watch matches, a DJ, and above all, a superb location right in the center of Barcelona. The hotel feels lively, and you might even catch a glimpse of the Sagrada Familia from some rooms.
