I had stayed this hotel before and booked for business trip.
Buyer changed the meeting date and I'd like to cancel the booking and rebook.

The hotel is large, and the breakfast menu is the same every day. Although it doesn't have a lot of variety, it was delicious.
However, there was an incident of theft from the guest room. It wasn't a personal item, but one of the snacks that was set as standard on the refrigerator disappeared (a paid item). I don't know if it was because I went out without leaving a tip, but when I saw that the paid snacks that I hadn't eaten were gone, I went down and complained because I was afraid of having to pay an additional fee.
Other than that, I was satisfied overall. The staff are friendly. However, the cleaning person was disappointed because of the above incident.

This is an excellent hotel that we ALWAYS try to go to when we go to Barcelona.
Cleanliness of 10, beautiful and comfortable rooms, great location and quality in meals and buffets.
To say something less positive, I would add more variety to the evening buffet.
