The location is very good

The room is quite big and the location is also very good. It is convenient to go anywhere. The airport bus goes directly to the hotel, which is very good. The TV was broken during the stay. It was only available on the first night. From the second night, it was stuck and could not be projected. We contacted the front desk that night. The front desk said it was too late and he registered me to find someone to fix it the next day. The next night, we returned to the hotel and found that the TV was still broken, so we contacted the front desk again. It sounded like he had forgotten it, so he said he would come to fix it immediately. After waiting for more than half an hour, no one came. We called the front desk again. The front desk said that there were many rooms he had to fix and he was very busy, so we had to wait a moment; after waiting for almost two hours, no one came and it was already past ten o'clock, so we called the front desk again. The front desk said that the TV signal of the entire hotel had problems, not just our room, and they could only contact someone to fix it tomorrow. On the third night, we found that the TV was still broken, so we contacted the front desk again. The front desk said that today was Sunday and no one was working, so we could only wait until Monday to see if anyone came to fix it. I just want to ask if the hotel is closed on Sundays or if no one lives there. This is the basic facilities and services it should provide. So we stayed for four nights, and the TV didn't work for three nights. When asked, there was nothing we could do but wait. We stayed in four hotels in total this time, and this one was the most expensive, but compared to the services in other hotels this one was really bad.

You can enter the elevator without swiping a card, which is not very safe. Everything else is good.

The room is well soundproofed. The hotel sent birthday cakes and balloons to family members who were traveling with us, which was very thoughtful.
