Service was good. They were able to give us a room at 12 noon. My only concern was the sink didn’t drain properly and that the bathroom had no privacy at all.

The front desk said that there were many rooms he had to fix and he was very busy, so we had to wait a moment; after waiting for almost two hours, no one came and it was already past ten o'clock, so we called the front desk again. The front desk said that the TV signal of the entire hotel had problems, not just our room, and they could only contact someone to fix it tomorrow. On the third night, we found that the TV was still broken, so we contacted the front desk again. The front desk said that today was Sunday and no one was working, so we could only wait until Monday to see if anyone came to fix it. I just want to ask if the hotel is closed on Sundays or if no one lives there. This is the basic facilities and services it should provide. So we stayed for four nights, and the TV didn't work for three nights. When asked, there was nothing we could do but wait. We stayed in four hotels in total this time, and this one was the most expensive, but compared to the services in other hotels this one was really bad.
