It is very great location, near sagrada familiar and lots of supermarket around. However, no room service, need to take rubbish bag out by ourselves.

To flee, it's been over an hour that we've been stuck outside, the card doesn't work, I had to explain the problem to 3 different people on the phone. Currently still without success, it's 10:10 p.m. Still no technician. I have a disabled child and they're not making any effort. It's scandalous.

The apartment is across the road from a metro stop and a 5 min walk from the Sagrada Familia. The apartments are clean, modern comfortable and spacious. A fully equipped kitchen includes a hob. oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Wifi is good. But the hidden gem is the staff. Julia and Sara were simply excellent -full of great advice about public transport , good places to eat shop etc. Each morning they were there with a friendly "Hola" and a warm smile-they made our holiday. They even lent us Amazon firestick for the TV in the room.

Lovely spacious and clean apartment and reasonably close to the Sagrada Familia. We were lucky enough to have one of the two apartments on the top floor and it came with a large terrace.
