Good location and service but the apartments are very close together and you can hear everything else everything is fine

The apartment is clean and spacious, good enough for 4ppl. Location is nice for the price. Kitchen is nice and it even has a Nespresso machine.
The shower hose leaks on the second day we stayed but it was fixed on the same day after we reported to the reception.
The only thing to say is the washing machine is too noisy.

Appartamento pulitissimo, grande e con ogni tipo di comfort, ad una decina di minuti a piedi dalla metro. Ringrazio Andy che è stato molto gentile e disponibile anche a fronte di un check-in anticipato. Comodissimi i locker in struttura per i bagagli. Tornerei volentieri.

Die Appartements liegen in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Zu Fuß sind viele beliebte Spots in Barcelona zu erreichen. Auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut!

The property was perfect for a family, everything we needed was available, from easy access to public transport, to a number of grocery and retail stores on the doorstep. Fantastic restaurants within a ten minute walking radius. The property itself was to a really high standard, comfy and well equipped. Staff were also lovely and very helpful.

This was an excellent place to stay for the most part! We came with small children and (perhaps out of fear of the windows) they gave us a room on the first floor with a beautiful outdoor patio. There was a small nook bed which was so perfect for our time during the day. The apartment was equipped with washer and dryer (all in one) and they offered washing pods for guests which made a big difference in our trip. It’s next to excellent restaurants and right in the red line of the Barcelona metro which was convenient. The host who greeted us was very kind and informative and helped us arrange a taxi for our 4:00 am flight as well. My only complaint is the noise of the neighbors on our last day. We were up most of the night and could hear EVERY noise they made…it was quite frustrating. Overall the good overshadowed the bad and it was a place I would recommend to travelers - particularly with young children.
