I hate a person in reception who picked up my call in night time! Her English wasn’t good. She didn’t understand what I ask because she replied wrong answer. So I have to kept asking in the same question and than she changed her voice in moody voice and still reply wrong answer. Until I kept asking on third time and she gave me the right answer by still moody and she didn’t try to say sorry to me at all!!!!!! It’s really ROUGH!

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Gothic Quarter and next to the Arc de Triomphe in Barcelona. The hotel rooms are large, the facilities are new, the air conditioning is good, and the sound is low. Overall satisfaction
