It was friendly, the location was good, the facilities weren't bad, and it was my first time using a dormitory and it was great. It was nice to have a shared kitchen where you could cook your own food.

I have to ask for a refund from trip.com and my credit card because there was no reception working when i entered after a late flight at 2AM. Thankfully i was let into the building by another guest, but i did not get my room and slept on a couch in the lounge. They use Whatsapp for after hours reception but i did not get properly serviced. I was exhausted. I would have been stuck outside if a guest did not let me in.

First experience in a hostel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation and the setting, beautiful place. I was in a room exclusively for women with a private bathroom. I only stayed there one night, to do again.

In itself a satisfactory hostel for the price, unfortunately there was mold in countless corners and ceilings of the accommodation... In addition, the bed sheets are not changed immediately after a guest has used the room, but rather the crumbs and hairballs of the previous guest are simply swept down and the pillows are emptied. How long this process is repeated until the sheets are actually replaced is a mystery to me.

Arc House was so fun! The facilities were clean, and there was nice AC in the rooms that made the stay comfortable, even with the summer heat. My friend stayed in a hostel for the first time, and even she was comfortable here. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Barcelona!
