酒店很乾凈裝修風格不錯，就是有點小。重點是趕飛機把六袋西班牙火腿落在房間冰箱裏，聯繫酒店居然説沒看到！我很確定是落在房間冰箱裏了。不知道是酒店還是員工私吞了！

The location is excellent. The alley is decorated very warmly. Many tourists come in to take pictures. Next door is a group of several restaurants in El National, a popular alley.
The triple room is very comfortable. My parents and I have relatively independent spaces and do not disturb each other.
There is a shared lounge on the E floor. There are donuts in the morning, coffee all day, and happy hour from 7 to 8 in the evening. It is very comfortable.

The room was very good, spacious and very clean. The only detail is that I had to go down to ask for water, since they leave a bottle as a gift to fill it, but it was noticeable that it had already been used. They give a complimentary breakfast which is appreciated, wines, snacks, in the afternoon, also complimentary. The staff when I entered was not very attentive, it was noticeable that the girl was nervous about something, but it was only when I entered, then they were super friendly. Federico, the gentleman who is there at night, helped me with an unexpected event I had, he was super friendly and professional, since I wanted to thank him, but he did not accept me, he told me that it was his job and it was gratifying to do it. The location is excellent, right in the center and you find everything open at any time, I will definitely return next year.

Without a doubt the best thing is the location, the hotel is very good, we had ants in the room, but it was solved immediately, by Fernando, the receptionist who is there at night, who also told us what to do in the city and where to eat barbecue Argentina, they have a reduced breakfast, and in the afternoon wines, snacks, all free. We will definitely return
