The hotel is great and the service staff superb! The location is a little off central (15 mins cab ride /30 mins bus ride away) but the area is residential and feels safe. Highly recommended

Everything was fine. The rooftop pool cleaning could be improved. And a bit of extension of time for the garden and pool would be great.

Don't recommend it anyway and there's something noisy in the bathroom

This is a fantastic hotel located at a 15m ride from the Airport. There are also options to easily get to the city centre by public transport. The room we booked was super comfy, the service impecable and the breakfast was a highlight. The hotel’s team was quick to understand our needs and delivered the welcoming amenities as promised! Will absolutely recommend it.

The hygiene in other areas was acceptable, but the bedspreads were covered in mold spots. I asked the hotel cleaning staff to change one, but they didn't change it by the end of the night. Finally, they changed it on the third day, but the bed sheet was dirty again. It was beyond frustrating, is this what a four-star hotel should look like? The staffs in reception was dismissive, and they couldn't solve any problems. Moreover,there was no toiletries provided, and the free water was only one bottle, no matter how many nights you stayed.

Super good hotel, convenient transportation The hotel's lobby bar is also very good and will close at twelve o'clock. When I was cleaning up the room, I put my doll in the middle. It was so cute hahaha

There was a white lady at the front desk who was a bit irritable, but overall it was good. It was just a bit far from the attractions.

The room size is normal, the hotel lobby is beautiful, and the breakfast is very rich. The attitude of storing luggage is very good, but the lampshade in the room is too dusty. This area is a relatively good area. There is a large shopping mall, supermarket, and well-known local restaurants and desserts nearby. It is very suitable for first-time tourists. There is also a train station next to it that can directly reach the Blue Mosque and other attractions.

The hotel has many breakfast options and tastes good. The room is large and clean! Great value for money, close to the airport, only 15 minutes drive away! ! Will stay again next time

The hotel is very cost-effective and has a good environment. You can walk to the subway and bus station. There is a large shopping mall not far away with Carrefour inside.
