Very convenient location. Lots of restaurants around. Many attractions to visit. Room is clean n tidy. Staff are polite n helpful.

Nice location good service i loved the terrace

I had some trouble at another hotel so I made a reservation the day before. Good points You can walk to the city center if you try hard. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to the large Mercadona. Has a bathtub. No bedbugs. Relatively spacious room. Bad points When you take a shower, the water gets soaked outside and the gaskets around it have a lot of black mold. The mattress coils creak and it's not very comfortable to sleep in. Water in the fridge is charged for. Overall it's old-fashioned. It was good that I was able to make a reservation the day before, but it didn't feel like a 4-star hotel. I hope they renovate it or lower the price.

BEWARE. Out of a group of friends - 2/5 rooms had money stolen on our first night. Reception was not helpful at all and just fobbed us off telling us to go to the police. The rooms had not been broken into therefore an inside job. Safe was not working on arrival - my fault we were on a schedule so I left my money in the wardrobe hidden and my things were ruffled up and my money had gone. My friend's money was in his room on the side. Very silly of us and a lesson learnt. Due to this, I would not recommend this hotel - they can’t be trusted and thieves are working within! It is not a 4 star - its more of a 2 star.

The staff at the hotel was very nice! We arrived last minute and they did everything to make us feel comfortable. They were kind and took in charge the situation. Xavi at the reception gave us such a good service! We can't thank him enough. The room was clean and there was everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning is also very nice! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's coming to Barcelona!

I had a great stay in this hotel. Spacious rooms, great sleep comfort, modern bathroom and good location. Breakfast was as well very good. The staff is very nice and helpful. Would revisit and recommend to friends & colleagues.

We stayed in two connected rooms and also paid for late check out (about 17:00) Communication with the hotel were excellent and everything was smooth. Rooms big and nice with small balcony, bathtub in bathroom, minibar and kettle. Rooms were clean although they are needed some furniture refreshment. Location is good. Not in the middle of touristic area but close enough and very nice area with a lot of shops and restaurants. We didn’t have a breakfast, but there was a lot of options around the hotel. Some attentions within walking distance and the taxi convenient and not expensive (we used Free Now app). Fitness room are basic. Nice common terrace ion the top floor. We will be back next time in Barcelona.

Nice hotel, very nearby the Diagonal and some of the iconic places of Barcelona. The hotel is in a rather quiet street but with no exceptional view on the surroundings. Rooms are nicely furnished, with in my case a safe, a fridge and an aging TV screen (but offering direct HDMI connection with the cable that I brought with me) that is siting on a nice desk, with too few plugs. For professional travellers, WiFi connectivity is available but not the fastest (low res video sometimes stalls). Note that electricity requires to use the card from the hotel, preventing to leave a laptop charging when having dinner, for example. Bathroom is convenient with shower, wash bassin, bidet and toilets. Only minus is the fact that the shower is not with a thermostatic valve and that it can take ages to get the first drop of hot water. To be noted the extended provided amenities. Breakfast is fair for a 4* hotel, missing freshly baked fried eggs, with bacon that is far from crispy and with missing muesli and less processed cereal and food (for example natural yoghourt is on request). Dinner menu is presenting a decent amount of choice for a fair price. That hotel has been booked for me by my company (that is located around the corner to Diagonal) and is a nice discovery.

This hotel should not have 4 stars. The room we got was in terrible condition. The walls are dirty, the furniture is all damaged, everything is dusty, and mold is already forming on the bed linen, which has been washed to holes. They didn't provide complimentary water; in the minibar there was a jar of olives that was already covered in rust. The room for two is very small, there is no room to turn around.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days ROOM I paid for a room for three specifying the ages of my teenage children but they put me in a room for two (#503). This is a case that is evident from the photo: an extra bed (also foldable and with a terrible mattress) which didn't even allow the window onto the balcony to be opened. Luckily my kids are easy going. The room only had a small closet and a single shelf at the top; very little. Quiet room. Excellent cleaning. BATHROOM The bathroom had a bidet, hurray! The following products are supplied: toothbrush, shoe polish, handkerchiefs, hand soap, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Personally I didn't find either the shampoo or conditioner good as they dried out my hair a lot. The body cream, on the other hand, was excellent for me. BREAKFAST I would say good but without wow. And in the savory section there were some scrambled eggs which, frankly, I didn't like as well as the bacon which was limp. The Tortilla on the other hand was excellent. Always fresh and good cut fruit. Baked goods essentially frozen with the exception of a couple of cakes. A round of applause to the waiter ALEX who, during our 10 day stay, did his utmost to make us truly feel at home. FRONT-DESK Smiling but I refrain from other comments since I interfaced little. GYM Really small and with weights that reach a maximum of 9 kg. Not much. TERRACE without an umbrella to have at least a little shade becomes borderline unusable given the summer temperatures. I end my review by underlining that I shared the contents of the review with the reception before leaving. In particular, to the comment on the room I was answered that, in fact, their rooms are all the same size. It goes without saying that, therefore, it was not correct to sell me a room supposedly "for three".

Very good service, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I only stayed for one night and it met all expectations. The only thing to highlight is that it is far from the center, Ramblas, etc., but by public transport you can get there without any problem. .
