Good service from hotel reception, they are nice and helpful

Good location but a little bit old and my window room faces to some other building’s balcony. It’s noisy.

The entrance to the hotel wasn't as wide as it looked in the photo, but once you entered, it was spacious at the back, and the room and sink were quite spacious. The breakfast had a wide variety and the location was great, close to the subway and the airport bus. I lost my room key and was prepared to have to pay for it, but I was impressed when they immediately prepared a replacement key for free. The only disappointing thing was that the bath mat was like a thin piece of paper, so I guess it didn't make much sense. By the way, in Europe, there are no boxes of tissues, so you should bring your own.

The room was dreary with only fluorescent lighting, and there was no kettle in the room, but when I went to the front desk to borrow one, they said it was already on loan. It seems like every hotel has a few unfriendly staff among the friendly ones, which ruins the impression of the hotel. The location is close to Plaza Catalunya and the Cathedral, so once you get used to it, you'll realize it's a very convenient hotel.

Very satisfied! The hotel is in a great location, with the subway just outside. Toiletries are fully equipped, and the hotel staff are very considerate and enthusiastic. Highly recommended👍

The room is very nice and clean. The front desk service is good, warm and thoughtful

It's close to Plaza Catalunya, so accessibility is incredible!! You can catch the airport bus right in front and shopping is right nearby, so it's very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, so I stayed comfortably throughout the stay. There is also a Carrefour 3 minutes away, so it's very convenient to buy something to go!! If I go to Barcelona again, I think I will sleep here again.

The staff at the front desk were enthusiastic and the location is excellent. It only takes 10 minutes to walk anywhere. The cleaning was also done well. I stayed for 8 nights. Although the cleaning staff forgot to change my towels twice, Flaws aside, I would still choose to live here.

It's a very convenient hotel as there is a department store within walking distance of the station and you can walk to eat.The view from the hotel was also nice.

There is a shuttle bus from the airport to Plaça Catalunya, and it is within a 5-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya, so it is easily accessible. There are not a lot of amenities, so I think it would be a good idea to prepare your own shampoo, treatment, body soap, toothbrush, etc. There was a hair dryer. I think the cost performance is very good.

The hotel staff and accommodations were all good. However, the coffee pot was rusty. It's a pity, but I think I'll go again next time. I'm having a good time
