Great service

Awesome stay

The hotel was awesome. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot and the location is amazing. So convenient.
Staffs are so helpful and kind.
I enjoyed everything from hotel. I like to come back to stay here when i am in barcellona!

Great location, near metro and bus stop to and from airport. View facing the plaza was nice but could be noisy if there are events or if on low floor.

環境不錯，房間設備齊全，有牙刷浴巾浴袍，洗手間的沐浴產品味道很好聞，有準備巧克力和紅酒。周邊交通便利，定的房間出來就能看到廣場。

The environment is good, the room is well-equipped, there are toothbrushes, bath towels and bathrobes, the bath products in the bathroom smell very good, chocolate and red wine are prepared. The surrounding traffic is convenient, and you can see the square when you come out of the reserved room.

房間關雖小,但乾淨,該有的東西都有了。地點很好,出來就是地鐵,早餐在歐洲來説應該算是不錯的.服務員的服務也很好.

The rooms are small, but clean and have everything you need. The location is very good, the subway is just outside, the breakfast should be considered good in Europe. The waiter's service is also very good.

오래된 호텔이비만 위치가 좋았고 조식도 깔끔하고 맘에 들었어요~ 다만, 오래된 호텔로 방이 너무 좁아서 다음에 이용은 안할 것 같아요

Todo muy bien la verdad volvería lo más pronto de nuevo buen servicio y todo  muy bien muy recomendado

Avoid room 101  It is next door to the staff courtyard that is in operation from 06.15 to approx 00.30 each day. We complained seveal times about the slamming of the door,as well as the constant noise from staff taking out empty glass bottles thrown in the bin, as well as the clattering of wheeling trolleys back and forth on the decking. Everytime we complained the noise seemed to increase each night.  I have added photos that show where our room is situated. Also, as you come out of the room you will notice some steps leading into the lounge and dining room. Guests have to use the steps to get to their rooms so this is added noise. I advised that the room should not be used for guests as unsuitably situated. The room is tiny and very dismal. Staff were attentive at breakfast time in the dining room. Good choise of continental breakfast. We had a cooked breakfast one morning which was poor and cold. The hotel is in a perfect location. Tour buses, subways, a large modern dept store whch sells food as well as clothing, the park are all right outside.  The only thing that affected our holiday was the room. The staff, especially Roger on reception were very nice. Barcelona is beautiful. I booked a day trip to Montserrat monestry which was fabulous. Beautifully set in the mountains.  I also booked to see Segrada Familia. Word of advise, if you go to visit it on the tour bus  it takes over 1 hour. If you arrive late you are not allowed in. This happened to me. I booked again and got a taxi which took 15 minutes and 12 euros.  We went for 6 days which is just right to be abe to visit the attractions.
