Friendly staff. Helped with booking taxi to airport as we had to leave quite early in the morning. Free upgrade to suite so that was nice. The place was quite clean and big.

There is need to update some of the hotel facilities, including room furniture. Cleaning services must improve. This was very disappointing. Staff are friendly. Location is good. Breakfast has variety of options. Overall, I was expecting a better hotel based on prior reviews and description.

Hotel with excellent location, close to Praça de Espanha where you can easily take the aerobus to the airport. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds, simple and relaxing decor. Breakfast top top, with plenty of variety and quality … If we go back to Barcelona it will be an option!

The location is perfect for going to Tapa Alley, Quimet Qumet. The subway is also close. However, the service and cleanliness is a bit disappointing. It's nice to have a supermarket nearby.
