During my reservation, I book bedrrom with window when I arrive at 2 am, I don't see any window in the room, only door to warehouse. Only in the next day check this better and report to the reception. When girl told me that is normal, because door has window to the warehouse. After she changed my room However I slept 2 night in this room. I want to be compensate for this two nights.

Near bus station, room is good. AC is working and comfortable for this weather. Recommend!

We booked a room for 3 people, it was a bit small but bed were comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts was ok, very convenient to start the day full of energy.

My main complaint is the size of the room : maximum 9 square meters. And watch your elbows as you go in the bathroom it is so small. The elevator as a sign from the inspector that said it is unsafe to ride in it.

Casual Colors was a great stay! Excellent location and the staff in the lobby was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. The bathroom of my room could have definitely used a deeper clean, however everything else was lovely.

It was ok the room small,helpful reception and not to bad location.

It was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. It was a little far away, but it was cheap. You can go anywhere from the nearest station.

Nice little hotel. Clean with small rooms at appropriate prices. Located not in the center, somewhere in the 45-50 minute walk from the gothic quarter. The hotel is clean and well looked after. The rooms are tasteful and budget friendly. There is a refrigerator! I was pleased with the products for the shower from Rituals! Of the minuses: Wi-Fi is weak, periodically falls off and slows down. Far from the center (but then you yourself know what you take and for how much). Very noisy at night in the corridor, I often woke up because of the thin door, which is opposite the elevator and everyone was noisy at night. And a huge evacuation plan glowed on the door all night and made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was included with the booking. Ordinary. Normal, it will do. No one passed by, so it was not so noisy, but the bed was very small. The staff are all pretty good, they will greet each other when they meet, and the breakfast is the same every day

I loved the experience I will be back soon! Everything is very clean and super attentive, I would be back again on my next trip, I recommend it 100% It is a very small place but it is very cozy, we have had a great time
