Service and check-in staff were very helpful. They had umbrellas on rainy days and they were very kind. Location itself is close to the subway and is in a normal neighborhood. The restaurants nearby are good but there isn’t much nightlife outside of them and bars(the rest of the shops close early). It is nice and quiet there, and rooms on upper floors can see Casa Segrada Famlia and surrounding area.

Service is good and price is reasonable

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodative. Train station was super close to access all the important locations.

Beautiful and clean hotel!

This hotel reception are pretty helpful. For solo traveler, this could be good one to stay too. Hotel rooms corridor was pretty narrow but we'll access it by different lifts if one down to another. Location wise is Abit distance from centre, walking needed 30min walking to Segrada Familia church.

The location is convenient, you can walk to the Sagrada Familia, and the railway station is nearby. The hotel staff helped me check in early when rooms were available at 10 o'clock.

Highly recommended. I stay here every time I go to Barcelona. It is cost-effective, clean and new. It is in the city center and convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is in a great location, just a two or three minute walk from the subway station. There are small supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants around, which is very convenient. The hotel has a lot of breakfast options, and it's very filling. I was especially impressed by the machine that squeezes orange juice from real oranges!

The location is good, not far from the church. There are parks around to chill.

The service is not very good. The shower faucet does not produce water. I told the front desk that it will be repaired the next day. I complained to Ctrip and then resolved it. The room card is super difficult to use. It took dozens of times to swipe it successfully once. It's really not good for impatient people. The swimming pool is too small, almost like a foot bath. After staying for four consecutive days, the purified water in the house was only provided for two days, so I am too lazy to complain.

They were kind. So it was very comfortable. thank you! The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day.

There is no difference between a double room and a double room, two small beds are put together Facilities: Old, poor sound insulation. . . Environment: OK Service: OK Health: OK There’s not much else to say, if you don’t have high requirements you can just go. Mainly I don’t know why it was so expensive when we went there
