I am from Singapore. Was very impressed with the location of the hotel. It has the old castle feel and the roof top pool n good view and the pretty spirals staircase of the hotel to the roof top . The only fault I can find was the bath towels were not very clean. Have feedback to the Mgt and saw the pretty and friendly Manager Ms Monica who is efficient and quick to settle the imperfect and make us have a Happy Stay again . I love the key . Snap shot of the beautify key and the beautiful spiral stairs for your view. Thumbs up for location, service and breakfast. Buffet breakfast reasonably nice . You can even see the Sagrada Familia at the roof top view . Missed out the night scene though. We were too tired shopping at night and forgot to take the night scene .

Everything was perfect, but it will be better if the attitude of the staff improve.

Indeed a beautiful hotel to stay in. Here we find very friendly reception staff who are ever willing to oblige in travel guidelines or taxies. I even had a good briefing on the history of the hotel and was given a very informative book on its history and the visit by Beatles. Highly recommended hotel and by the way, the view at the roof top 9th floor is excellent

The executive triple room I booked was quite spacious, with very ordinary facilities and decoration, but clean. The breakfast was normal for this star-rated hotel. The location was very good, shopping was very convenient, Casa Batlló was a few hundred meters away, and the bus at the door was convenient for exploring the city.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is surrounded by shops and some famous restaurants. It is very convenient to eat and the food is quite delicious. The hotel service staff is very polite, patient, attentive and thoughtful. The hotel is very retro. Regardless of the layout of the facilities and supporting facilities, it may be an old hotel. The rooms are not big, very antique, and there are many colors. The 1960s bed is too soft and you can sink into it. It's very hygienic. It's a very interesting stay. But after this experience, I won't choose this hotel again.

Old hotel with excellent location and first-class service!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The location is great. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff's service attitude is also very good. I have no complaints. I will stay again.

I woke up in the early morning due to the loud surrounding noise. The accommodation is clean and the staff are friendly.

The room is a bit old, but the cake and champagne given to me on my birthday were a great surprise. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient.

The rooms are large and we wish the staff would try to assist us when changing rooms. The toilet facilities are very good, and the hotel lobby is also gorgeous. Only the bed is a bit towering, but the bed is very big. However, there is only a small bottle of water per day, and there is no toothbrush. But overall, I am very satisfied with the experience of staying in this hotel. And the transportation is very convenient, very close to the subway station and the old city.
