Very nice place to stay, quite, and the room is relatively big and has everything you need. Everything is basic at the room but everything is working and clean

Buen wifi Buen aire acondicionado No repetiría aqui por el ruido que tuvimos esos dos días Pero nos encanto la ubicación y el trato del personal, no teníamos incluido el desayuno pero nos resultaría muy cómodo tenerlo. Las almohadas eran muy cómodas

Ottima struttura, pulita , personale disponibile. Nel centro della Rambla. Esperienza positiva. La consiglio !!! La risceglierei ad occhi chiusi!! I ragazzi della reception parlano italiano, francese, inglese, ed altre lingue. Sono stati a disposizione per prenotazioni biglietti, indicazioni metro , linee autobus, taxi, ecc

Wonderful hotel with a very attentive and kind staff. The rooms are lovely. There is a cutest balcony. We had a problem with the AC and the staff was very committed to help us. The location couldn’t be better. We cannot wait to be back when in Barcelona.

Difficile de mettre un avis positif quand déjà il y a erreur sur la marchandise. A la question concernant les horaires du petit-dej, le réceptionniste me répond que l’hôtel ne fait pas de petit-dej. Pardon ??? J’explique ce que j’ai vu sur Booking (avec preuves à l’appui) mais non, toujours rien. Il y a bien un hôtel à côté qui en fait et des boulangeries tout autour mais c’est tout. Le budget en prend quand même un sacré coup. Et le réceptionniste a le culot d’en plaisanter… J’aimerai quand même qu’on m’explique la porte du « breakfast » si ce dernier n’existe pas !!!! Insérer la carte de la chambre pour que l’ascenseur monte. Si ça fonctionnait, ce serait top !! Mais ça ne fonctionnait jamais… Résultat des courses : 600€ de perdu car évidement aucun remboursement de la part de l’hôtel ou de Booking… grosse déception !

Nous avons séjourner a l’hôtel une nuit. L’hotel etais correct cependant nous avons eu des soucis avec le parking. Sur le site internet (booking) il etait préciser qu’un parking etais mis a disposition des client de l’hôtel cependant quand nous sommes arrivés il nous a été dit qu’il fallait payer le parking le parking qui est à 3,60 € heures par conséquent pour une durée de une nuit nous avons du payez 36€ ! Ils essayent par tout les moyens de vous faire payer et de vous arnaquer. Il y a aucune transparence et honnêteté je ne recommande vraiment pas !!!

Hotel Flor Park Location excellent. Right on Ramblas. Quiet room overlooking Ramblas. Beside subway., rumbles a bit in the morning but didn’t bother us. Room We had a superior deluxe room with a balcony. Narrow room with twin beds pushed together. The bed was perfect for me. Four long pillows, again the pillows were great for me, not too puffy, not too flat. Sofa at one end. Small walk out balcony without table or chairs, but there is room to stand and watch Ramblas across the road. Great blackout curtains. Desk with chair. Tiny bar fridge worked well for keeping our water cold. Closet with 3 drawers and safe on one side and hanging area on the other. The shower was outstanding! Huge rain head with plenty of hot water. Air conditioning was not working, we reported it and they gave us a large stand up fan which was fine for me but my husband was not happy about the lack of AC. They came in the next day and repaired the AC which was working great after that. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Attention, cet hôtel pratique le surbooking: j’avais réservé dans cet hôtel pour sa situation en face de l’opéra. Le jour de mon arrivée j’ai été avertie par mail qu’on me changeait d’hôtel…. à 20 minutes à pied, donc plus du tout dans le même quartier. Ma mère qui est âgée n’est du coup pas venue car elle marche avec difficultés. À part le petit déjeuner offert, je n’ai eu droit à aucune compensation. Je n’utiliserais plus cette chaine d’hôtel qui a une politique commerciale déplorable.

The location of Flor Parks, on the Ramblas, is perfect for visiting the centre of Barcelona. Tapas bars, outdoor restaurants and all the ambience of the Ramblas on your doorstep. The hotel does not have any services, no restaurant, no bar etc... but the room was comfortable and clean and the reception staff friendly with good English.
