Great staff and service. We were upgraded because they was a mistake in our booking. Cool 2nd floor rooftop. Gets noisy on the weekends so if you are looking for quiet, ask for a room higher than the second floor and not above the rooftop. We did have ants in our room attracted by food we had in the room so just don't keep food outside, even packed. Leave everything in the fridge.
The staff resolved the issue quickly. 
Breakfast options are so so. Probably not worth it when you have very nice coffee shops next to the hotel. 
The room seems a bit dated, especially the shower.

房間整潔乾淨，離沙灘一公里左右，前台哥哥們非常友好，二樓有露天游泳池，非常值得來的酒店，酒店對面有個廣場，步行到市中心約10分鐘，還會繼續選擇，推薦給朋友。

The room is clean and tidy, about one kilometer away from the beach. The brothers at the front desk are very friendly. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the second floor. It is a very worthwhile hotel. There is a square opposite the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. I will continue to choose and recommend it to friends .

First of all the rooms look nothing like the photos on their website. We booked a superior queen room with a terrace and a view. The view was a solid concrete wall around our balcony that couldn't be looked over even if you stood on the bench provided. The bed also wasn't a queen. I know in Europe they push two single beds together, that's fine, but in photos online and in other hotels they put a piece in the middle to join the two beds and dress them as one queen size bed. Ours was two separate beds. My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights and we sleep close together. It was terrible having to sleep in a little twin bed. And did I mention how hard the beds were? We didn't sleep the first few nights because we had to keep tossing and turning otherwise the side of your body would go numb and ache from the hard mattress. The weather channel was saying it was going to rain the next few days in Barcelona so I asked the front desk if they had umbrellas to lend out. They had none. I've been all over to many different countries and I'd say probably all good hotels offer such amenity. Lastly, 100% I know I left a few pieces of clothing behind. I know exactly which pieces were left behind. I remember hanging them in the closet and I specifically remember not packing them. I contacted the hotel immediately. First I got the, you need to call back and speak to management. Then I got the, I need to speak to housekeeping. Three days later they told me no clothing was found in our room. Liars! Straight up liars! I would completely understand if they told me that the clothing was thrown away as standard policy or whatever but don't blatantly lie!   The positives were that the rooms were clean and spacious enough and the location was great. Walking distance to the beach, the metro and many restaurant and bars at your doorstep.   But we won't be back. I don't support liars and poor management.

Nice enough hotel for Europe. Hotel and rooms are clean and decorated nicely. We upgraded to the superior queen with a balcony/terrace with a view. Room was spacious enough however nothing like the images posted on their website. And we had absolutely no view! Our view was just the large concrete wall around the balcony that you couldn’t even look over even if you stood on a chair. But the room and the bathroom were much bigger than the standard rooms they offer. Water pressure was great! Beds were probably the hardest I’ve ever slept on. And I like a firm bed, but this was waaay too hard. I hate that Europe puts two beds together and dresses them separately. The images shown online show some beds made put together, some places even put a piece in the middle to join them. Our was not. We were there for 10 days and my husband and I actually like sleeping next to each other. These beds made it impossible. Location was the best! Walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars at your footstep. La Rumbla not a far walk. Metro station right around the corner. Yes the pool itself is small but in my opinion it’s fine enough. Pool lounge actually gets quite packed and happening and is open till 1am. I wish the rooms looked like the rooms posted on their website but I think we would actually stay here again if we visited Barcelona in the summer again and planned on going to the beach. Location was just perfect for us.
