My friend got a lot of mosquitoes bite first night and second night. The bathroom smells terrible it’s like rotten egg coming from the bathtub pipe. Need to fix those old pipe.

The hotel looks quite new, but the cleanliness is very poor. After spending one night, both my friend and I started to feel itchy. We found black marks on the bed, and when we returned from our evening outing, we noticed that the bed sheets had not been changed. The desk and other surfaces were also not cleaned properly. When we wiped them with tissues, we saw black stains. We reported the hygiene issue to the reception ,they told me that we only can changed by myself. For a four-star hotel, such hygiene and service are clearly unacceptable.

I chose this hotel due to my friend's recommendation.It's.near Sandra Families. the room is big.the room fitting&designs I don't like so much.Going to El More Engeles shopping mall.there's 10 blocks away.The breakfast is so so

To conclude, I expected it to be a 4-star hotel, but it did not live up to my expectations. Therefore, I will not visit again unless it is on special offer..ㅠ Good points: The front desk staff is very friendly and on standby 24 hours, the overall atmosphere is clean and warm, there is a spacious closet, a bathtub, and amenities (toothpaste, toothbrush). 2 bottles of water are provided. It was spacious enough, so I opened one of my suitcases in the suitcase rack and one next to the bed. Things to improve: There were some stains on the bed sheets. My feet were stuffy, so I took off the blanket, but the cotton and sheet inside were not properly fixed, so the sheets and cotton separated, which was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs on the bed (I personally can't sleep well when I feel the springsㅠ)

The room is in a good location, convenient for travel, and is arranged on a high floor as requested. The service attitude is good. I am not satisfied with only two bottles of water for three days. Unlike domestic four-star hotels, they will definitely deliver water and extra fruit plates every day.

The location of the hotel is very good, and there are many Chinese supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby. It is not far from anywhere and is very cost-effective. The room facilities are a little bit old, but it is not a big problem!

The hotel is located about 2 km from Sagrada Familia. There are shops and cafes nearby. We liked it! I recommend it!

It's close to the station and has many bus stops, so it's perfect for sightseeing!

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera and other attractions. The price was on the high side when I ordered it, but everything else was fine.

The hotel room is quite large and the transportation is convenient. It is a bit expensive, and the front desk service is average.
