Nice location

The place was great. FYI: It's a one-room (not bedroom) apartment with everything needed in an apartment to cook - I would think great for an extended stay for a couple or small family with the playground literally right outside the front door. The guy at the front desk was super-professional. The only trick to to this place was the €350 deposit which Trip.com doesn't cover - they do warn you about it in the fine print if you are diligent enough to read it, which I wasn't 😥. So, I had to go to the ATM, pull out €350 in cash to give to them which they won't return in cash. They will do an international bank transfer which can be a bit tricky if you don't do many of those. The guy at the desk was apologetic & said he wished it wasn't company policy & now I know why! I have had to go back and forth with their accounting & my bank trying to figure out how to do international bank transfers & I still don't have my €350 in my bank account in Texas now almost a month later.

The apartment is not suitable for 3 people; the sofa is very small, does not extend, and cannot accommodate an adult. Although I booked an apartment for 3 adults, the apartment can only accommodate 2. The surroundings were noisy, with sounds and laughter all night, making it impossible to rest. The furniture is old and non-functional. The actual apartment has beds for 2 people, but even those are old and very uncomfortable.

Perfect localisation between El Born and the Gothic neighbourhood. Convenient studio, relatively comfy though poorly equipped with a weak wifi. You can hear pretty much all from next room and you can hardly cook - just reheat dishes. Though, you have plenty of restaurants and taking-away food shops around. The fridge is however handy. Ideal if you want to go out and wander to loose yourself in the city.

Great Location within walking distance of all the famous Barcelona landmarks, clean apartment with all the required amenities, very helpful staff team especially Mauro who was there to answer all the questions and queries. Overall my Family enjoyed the stay at Allada Apartments and had a lovely time hence for sure this will be our go to place for all future visits to Barcelona. Thank you to all the Allada Apartment staff team for making our stay very comfartable.
